AI appointment booking in every chat channel

Into a secure Table inside Volty, with permissions on who can see and edit it, or into your appointment system. Volty works with Google Calendar and Plato Medical, reads Calendly, and connects to Acuity and any other system with an API.

Volty reads the open times from your calendar before it offers one, so it only offers free slots. With Plato it also checks the slot again just before it books.

Volty looks up the booking and offers new times for the same service with the same person, then frees the old slot. If they cancel, Volty offers to reschedule first and cancels only if they still want to, or hands it to your team, as your rules say.

No. They book in the conversation on WhatsApp, email, Messenger, Instagram or website chat. The appointment app you can ask Volty to build is for your staff, who sign in with a WhatsApp or email code. It is not a public booking page.
