Answers the parent and books the trial

A parent messages at night about a trial class. Volty replies from your course list and timetable, asks what your team would ask, such as the child's age and level, and offers the free slots in your Google Calendar. The trial lands in the calendar and the parent gets the confirmation in the same chat.

    • Replies on WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram and your website chat
    • Offers only the slots your calendar has free
    • Answers after hours, when many parents write
A parent asks about P5 Maths on WhatsApp at 9.15pm, Volty asks which days suit the child, and the contact card shows Level P5, Subject Maths and Preferred days Weekday evenings.

Keeps each family's details on the contact

Every answer a parent gives is saved on their contact in fields you define, such as level, subject or preferred days. Whoever opens the conversation next sees the child's details beside it, without scrolling back through the chat.

    • Custom fields for level, subject, branch or anything you track
    • Contacts, deals and a pipeline for enrolments in one place
    • Segments built from those fields, ready for a broadcast
Volty's internal note says it will follow up on Friday 23 October about the term fee after Ethan's trial, and the follow-up goes out as an approved template naming Mrs Tan, Ethan and the class.

Follows up when a parent goes quiet

After a trial, a parent may want time to think. Volty notes when to check back and sends the follow-up as an approved WhatsApp template, so it still reaches the parent after the 24-hour reply window has closed. Reminders before each trial run the same way, from an automation you describe in plain words.

    • Approved WhatsApp templates for follow-ups and reminders
    • Automations Volty writes from a plain-language request
    • You choose what goes to staff, such as fee questions
The broadcast composer with segment P5 (312 contacts) chosen and the template 'Hi {first name}, Term 1 classes for P5 start on 5 January. Reply here to hold a place.' with the fallback 'there', beside three parent replies labelled Interested.

Fills the next intake with a broadcast

When a new term opens, send one approved template to a segment such as P5 parents, to contacts you pick, or to a spreadsheet you upload. Replies come back to the same inbox, where Volty answers them and adds the parents who show interest to a segment.

    • Send to segments, chosen contacts or a spreadsheet
    • Delivered, read and replied counts for each broadcast
    • Replies are answered like any other message

    Getting started

    1. 01

      Connect your number

Link your WhatsApp number, and add Messenger, Instagram, your Outlook mailbox or the website chat if you use them. With coexistence, your team keeps using the WhatsApp Business app on the same number.

    2. 02

      Give Volty your knowledge

Upload your price lists, timetables and policies, or point Volty at your website. It asks you about anything it cannot find before it talks to customers.

    3. 03

      Choose Draft or Live

Set each inbox to Draft, where your team approves every reply, or Live, where Volty replies on its own. Either can switch by business hours.
