What Volty does with Zen Planner

Zen Planner is the member management and billing software, part of Daxko, that many gyms, martial arts schools and fitness studios run on. Once Daxko grants your school partner API access, the connection is set up with only the people, class and reservation scopes you agree. Parents ask which class their child should attend and Volty answers from the program schedule, and a trial enquiry becomes a prospect for the front desk to follow up.

    • The right class for the program

Volty reads which program and membership a child is on before it suggests a class.

    • Billing answers

A member asking about the next charge hears the date and amount.

    • Trial enquiries as prospects

A new family's details reach Zen Planner for the front desk.

    • Prospects reviewed by the desk

A new family is added to Zen Planner only after the front desk approves it.

    A trial for two kids

Do you have classes for a 6 and a 9 year old? Both total beginners.
VoltyWe do. Our Little Dragons class is for ages 5 to 7 and Kids Beginner is for 8 to 12, and both run on Saturday mornings. Can I take a name and number so the front desk can book a free trial?

How Volty connects to Zen Planner

Zen Planner's API belongs to Daxko and is open to approved partners. Daxko grants access per resource, so the connection carries only the scopes your school agrees, and an admin approves it in Volty before use.

    1. 01

      Request access from Daxko

Daxko asks businesses to contact their Daxko sales representative to request API access.

    2. 02

      Choose the scopes

Scopes are granted per resource, such as people, classes, reservations and prospects.

    3. 03

      Approve in Volty

Our team sets up the custom connection. An admin approves it once.

    4. 04

      Set the switches

Create prospect and Reserve class start Off. Read tools can be On from day one.

    The tools Volty gets

Each one is a switch on the Sources page in Volty.

Reading tools can be turned on straight away. Anything that changes Zen Planner starts Off, and once on it can be set to check with staff, so each change waits for a colleague.

    Common questions

How is Zen Planner access arranged?

Zen Planner's API is run by Daxko as a partner API, and Daxko asks businesses to request access through their Daxko sales representative. Once Daxko grants it, we set up the custom connection with only the scopes agreed, such as people, classes and reservations, and an admin approves it in Volty.

Can a parent reserve a spot in their child's class?

Volty reads the class schedule and open spots, then offers a time. Making the reservation is a change, so it starts Off. Many schools set it to Check with staff for the first weeks, so an instructor approves each one before Volty confirms.

What happens with a new family who has never trained?

Volty asks for the child's age and experience, suggests the class that fits, and can add the family as a prospect in Zen Planner for the front desk to follow up. Adding a prospect is a change tool with its own switch.

How much does it cost to connect Zen Planner with Volty?

Every Volty plan includes seats, active contacts and AI credits and starts with a free 7-day trial, and the plan prices are on voltade.com/pricing. Meta bills message charges separately for WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger.
