    What Volty does with Wodify

    Wodify is the gym management software many CrossFit and functional fitness gyms run their classes, memberships and billing on. With the Wodify API key from your Core admin, Volty reads the classes, clients, leads and memberships you agree to share. A prospect asks about a free trial and Volty offers the next class, and a member asking to freeze a membership has the request passed to the owner with the details filled in.

    Wodify gives each gym an API key inside Wodify Core. Our team builds the custom connection on that key, and an admin approves it in Volty before members hear from it.

      In Wodify Core, an admin opens Digital Presence, Web Integrations, API Keys, and edits the key named Wodify API.

      Classes, reservations, clients, leads and memberships are typical. Financials can stay out.

      An admin approves the connection once. Reserve class, Create lead and Request hold start Off.

      Wodify allows 5 requests a second per key, so Volty reads only what a conversation needs.

    Reading tools can be turned on straight away. Anything that changes Wodify starts Off, and once on it can be set to check with staff, so each change waits for a colleague.

    Where is the Wodify API key Volty uses?

    An admin opens Wodify Core and goes to Digital Presence, Web Integrations, API Keys, then edits the key named Wodify API. We set up the custom connection from that key. An admin approves it once in Volty, and each tool has its own On, Check with staff or Off switch.

    Does a trial request on Instagram end up as a Wodify lead?

    It can. Volty collects the name, phone and preferred class and can create the lead in Wodify, which then follows your normal lead flow. Creating a lead is a change, so the tool starts Off until you turn it On or set it to Check with staff.

    Can a member put their membership on hold by message?

    Volty can read the membership and say what a hold involves under your gym's rules. Placing the hold is a change in Wodify, so most gyms set it to Check with staff and have the owner approve each one.
