Pike13 is the scheduling, billing and client management system many studios, gyms and lesson businesses run on. Access runs through an OAuth app that Pike13 approves and your owner authorizes, scoped to the people, services, plans and visits you choose. A parent asks to move a swim lesson and Volty finds the instructor's open times, reads what is left on the plan, and makes the change once the client confirms.
Volty reads that instructor's open times and offers them as buttons.
Volty reads the client's plan before it answers a billing question.
A parent can ask about each child on the account by name.
Volty moves the visit only after the parent taps a time and says it works.

A billing question answered from the client's plan.

Volty offers another slot or loops in the coordinator

Pike13 opens its API on the Premium plan, through OAuth apps it reviews. Our team registers the app, your owner authorizes it on your Pike13 subdomain, and an admin approves the connection in Volty.
API access needs Pike13 Premium. Reporting on plans and punchcards also needs an owner-level authorization.
Our team registers it through Pike13's developer portal, and Pike13 approves it before the credentials work.
An owner signs in and allows the app. The token is tied to your business subdomain.
Book visit and Move visit start Off. Most lesson businesses begin with Check with staff.
Each one is a switch on the Sources page in Volty.
Reading tools can be turned on straight away. Anything that changes Pike13 starts Off, and once on it can be set to check with staff, so each change waits for a colleague.
Pike13 opens its API on the Premium plan. The connection uses an OAuth app that Pike13 approves, and a business owner authorizes it for their subdomain. Reading plans and visits through Pike13's reporting needs an owner-level authorization, so an owner signs in for that step.
Volty reads open times on the same service and offers them. Moving the visit is a change in Pike13, so the tool starts Off. With Check with staff, the coordinator approves the move before Volty confirms it to the parent.
Yes, when punchcards are part of what the business shares. Volty reads the client's plans and punchcards in Pike13 and says how many visits remain and when the plan ends, so a parent asking before a lesson gets the number.
