    What Volty does with Vantaca

Vantaca is software that community association management companies use to run HOAs, from assessments and violations to architectural review. Our team links it to Volty through Vantaca's open API. A homeowner waiting on a backyard fence approval hears that the documents are complete and the committee meets November 10, and another hears the fourth quarter assessment and its due date.

    • Committee dates for ARC requests

Homeowners hear whether documents are complete and when the committee meets.

    • Quarterly dues

The assessment amount and due date for the homeowner's own lot.

    • Neighbors stay private

Each homeowner is matched to their own Vantaca account before Volty answers.

    • The board decides

Volty reports status. Approvals, votes and fines stay with the board and manager.

    Common questions

Does Vantaca have an open API?

Vantaca says its open API supports custom development and integration with other business systems. Our team builds the Volty connection from it with your management company, scoped to the associations, homeowner accounts and requests you agree to share.

Can homeowners check whether their fence request was approved?

Yes. Volty reads the architectural request's status and any board decision recorded in Vantaca, then tells the homeowner where it stands and what is still needed. Votes and conditions are decided by the board, never by Volty.

Will Volty discuss a homeowner's violation with a neighbor?

No. Volty matches the sender to their own homeowner account before it answers about balances, violations or requests, and it does not read one owner's account to another. A neighbor reporting a problem next door is passed to the community manager.

How much does it cost to connect Vantaca with Volty?

Every Volty plan includes seats, active contacts and AI credits and starts with a free 7-day trial, and the plan prices are on voltade.com/pricing. Meta bills message charges separately for WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger.
