What Volty reads is chosen when Lazada is connected

    What Volty does with Lazada

Lazada is a large online marketplace across Southeast Asia. Volty reaches Lazada through a connection you request, because Lazada's Open Platform gives API access only to registered apps and signs every request. When a buyer messages your WhatsApp or Instagram, Volty can check their Lazada order or a listing's stock and answer from it.

    • Order status on your channels

Buyers who message you directly get their Lazada order status.

    • Stock and alternatives

When a listing is sold out, Volty suggests what is in stock.

    • Exchanges to you

A wrong model or a fault comes to you with the order attached.

    • Changes start Off

Anything that changes an order stays Off until an admin switches it on.

    Sold out on Lazada

A buyer asks about a sold-out charger, and Volty suggests one in stock.

    As an automation

Listing data comes from your Lazada connection. Describe it to Volty in a sentence; it drafts the automation and an admin turns it on.

    How Volty connects to Lazada

Request this connection from Volty's chat or at team@voltade.com. Lazada's Open Platform gives API access only to registered apps and signs every request, so Voltade applies for access with you. Once it is in place, an admin approves the connection once before Volty uses it.

    The tools Volty gets

Each one is a switch on the Sources page in Volty.

    • Find orderReads
    • Read delivery statusReads
    • Read listing and stockReads

Reading tools can be turned on straight away. Anything that changes Lazada starts Off, and once on it can be set to check with staff, so each change waits for a colleague.
