VoltyThanks Rachel. Can maintenance come in if you're out, and do you have a pet we should know about?
Yes they can come in. One cat, she hides.

    What Volty does with HappyCo

HappyCo is inspections, maintenance and operations software that multifamily operators run alongside Yardi, RealPage, Entrata and other property management systems. Our team links it to Volty through the Happy API. A resident in Building C whose dishwasher holds water gets a work order drafted with entry and pet notes, and a resident waiting on AC repair hears the visit day.

    • Pets and entry on the ticket

Unit, problem, permission to enter and any animal are asked before the work order is drafted.

    • Tech and visit day

A follow-up on a work order gets its scheduled date and assigned tech.

    • Inspection notice

Residents hear three days ahead that a unit inspection is coming.

    • Supervisor approves tickets

Creating work orders starts Off. Check with staff routes each to a supervisor.

    As an automation

Describe it to Volty in a sentence; it drafts the automation and an admin turns it on.

    How Volty connects to HappyCo

HappyCo maintains the Happy API and a partners team for new integrations. Our team builds the Volty connection on it with your operations staff.

    1. 01

      Arrange Happy API access

Your HappyCo administrator sets up API access for the connection.

    2. 02

      Choose properties and units

Agree which communities, work orders and inspections Volty may read.

    3. 03

      Leave your PMS sync alone

HappyCo's own sync with your property management system keeps running.

    4. 04

      Approve and switch

A Volty admin approves the connection, then sets each tool On, Check with staff or Off.

    The tools Volty gets

Each one is a switch on the Sources page in Volty.

    • Match resident to unitReads
    • Read work order statusReads
    • List inspections dueReads
    • Draft work orderChanges

Reading tools can be turned on straight away. Anything that changes HappyCo starts Off, and once on it can be set to check with staff, so each change waits for a colleague.

    Common questions

Does HappyCo have an API Volty can connect to?

HappyCo describes the Happy API on its integrations page, alongside a plugin marketplace and a partners team for new integrations. Our team builds the Volty side from it as a custom connection, agreeing with you which properties, units and work orders Volty may read.

Does Volty replace our PMS sync with HappyCo?

No. HappyCo keeps its own sync with Yardi, RealPage, Entrata, AppFolio and the other systems it lists. Volty sits beside it and talks to residents and staff, reading the maintenance and inspection side from HappyCo.

Can residents get updates on a work order without calling the office?

Yes. A resident asks on WhatsApp or web chat and Volty reads the work order's status and scheduled time from HappyCo. If the request needs a person, such as a leak after hours, Volty follows the escalation you set.

How much does it cost to connect HappyCo with Volty?

Every Volty plan includes seats, active contacts and AI credits and starts with a free 7-day trial, and the plan prices are on voltade.com/pricing. Meta bills message charges separately for WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger.

Sign up for our 7-day trial. No credit card needed.
