    FellowshipOne and Volty

Multi-campus churches on FellowshipOne answer families about their own campus's programs, as Volty reads the household, campus and activities before it replies.

    What Volty does with FellowshipOne

FellowshipOne is church management software built for larger churches, holding people, households, groups, events and attendance. FellowshipOne issues API keys by realm, People, Groups or Events, when a church requests them from FellowshipOne Support, and our team builds Volty's connection on that key. A parent asks what runs for kids on Wednesday, and Volty reads the household and its campus before answering with that campus's program.

    • Campus from the household

A family's FellowshipOne household tells Volty which campus to answer for.

    • Grades and ages checked

Volty compares each child's grade with the activity before suggesting it.

    • Guest counts per campus

Pastors ask about first-time guests and get one line per campus.

    • Kids ministry approves

A child's registration is held until a staff member says yes in Volty.

    How Volty connects to FellowshipOne

FellowshipOne's REST API is open to churches on FellowshipOne and to qualified partners. A church requests a key from FellowshipOne Support and names the realms it needs: People, Groups, or Events (Activities).

    1. 01

      Email FellowshipOne Support

Write to F1Support@fellowshipone.com with the environment, church name and code, application name, description and realms.

    2. 02

      Ask for the right realms

People for households and campuses, Events (Activities) for kids programs, Groups if Volty answers about small groups.

    3. 03

Hand the key to our team

We build the connection on it and test against your campuses.

    4. 04

      Executive pastor approves

An admin approves the connection in Volty. Activity registration starts Off.

    The tools Volty gets

Each one is a switch on the Sources page in Volty.

    • Find household and campusReads
    • Read campus activitiesReads
    • Count first-time guests by campusReads
    • Register for activityChanges

Reading tools can be turned on straight away. Anything that changes FellowshipOne starts Off, and once on it can be set to check with staff, so each change waits for a colleague.

    Common questions

How do we get a FellowshipOne API key for Volty?

Email FellowshipOne Support at F1Support@fellowshipone.com with the environment (staging or production), your church name and church code, an application name and description, and the realms you need. Our team builds Volty's connection on the key you receive, and an admin approves it once in Volty.

Which FellowshipOne realms does Volty need?

Most churches ask for People, which covers households and campuses, and Events (Activities) for programs such as Wednesday Kids Club. Add Groups if Volty should answer about small groups. Volty only uses the realms on your key.

Will a family at one campus hear about another campus's times?

No. Volty reads the family's FellowshipOne household first and answers with their own campus's activities. If a family asks about a different campus by name, Volty answers for that one and says which campus it means.

How much does it cost to connect FellowshipOne with Volty?

Every Volty plan includes seats, active contacts and AI credits and starts with a free 7-day trial, and the plan prices are on voltade.com/pricing. Meta bills message charges separately for WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger.

Sign up for our 7-day trial. No credit card needed.
