    What Volty does with TeamSnap

    TeamSnap is the scheduling, roster and payments app that youth clubs, leagues and their volunteer coaches run seasons on.     TeamSnap's API uses OAuth 2 sign-in with read or write scopes. Our team sets up the Volty connection, and a club administrator authorizes it.

    Reading tools can be turned on straight away. Anything that changes TeamSnap starts Off, and once on it can be set to check with staff, so each change waits for a colleague.

    Common questions

    How does Volty sign in to TeamSnap?

    TeamSnap's API uses OAuth 2, with an application registered on TeamSnap's sign-in service and read or write scopes. A club administrator authorizes the Volty connection our team sets up, and we agree which teams and divisions it covers.

    Can Volty tell a parent where Saturday's game is?

    Yes. Volty reads the event's date, arrival time and location from the team schedule, so the answer matches what the coach entered. If the coach moves the game, Volty's next answer follows the change.

    Does Volty chase unpaid registration fees?

    A scheduled automation can send an approved WhatsApp template to families with a balance, with the amount and the payment link your club uses. Volty answers replies and passes hardship or refund questions to the registrar.
