    What Volty does with CourtReserve

    CourtReserve is reservation and club management software for pickleball, tennis and padel clubs, covering courts, memberships, events and payments. Our team links it to Volty with a CourtReserve API key, available on the Advance, Momentum and Enterprise plans. A member who wants doubles after work taps a 6 pm court, and a newcomer on Instagram hears the next beginner clinic and the non-member price.

    CourtReserve offers API access on its Advance, Momentum and Enterprise plans, with keys an admin creates and restricts by role. Our team builds the Volty connection on that key.

      Enable API Access

      Settings, Additional Features, Integrations, API Access. Tick it and click Setup.

      Create the key

      Click Create API Key, name it for Volty and choose Full or Restricted Access.

      Start narrow

      A read-only key covers courts and events. Widen it when you want bookings and cancellations.

    4. 04

      Approve and switch

      A Volty admin approves the connection, then each tool is On, Check with staff or Off.

    Reading tools can be turned on straight away. Anything that changes CourtReserve starts Off, and once on it can be set to check with staff, so each change waits for a colleague.

    Common questions

    Which CourtReserve plans include API access?

    CourtReserve offers API access on its Advance, Momentum and Enterprise plans, and not on Start or Launch. An admin turns it on under Settings, Additional Features, Integrations, API Access, then clicks Create API Key. Clubs with several locations can ask CourtReserve support about the Enterprise API.

    Can we give Volty a read-only CourtReserve key?

    Yes. CourtReserve keys can be Full Access or Restricted Access, and a restricted key can be read only or limited to areas such as events or calendars. Start Volty on a read-only key, then widen it when you want bookings.

    Will Volty run into CourtReserve's rate limit?

    CourtReserve allows 60 calls per minute per API key. Volty makes a few calls per conversation, such as reading open courts and then booking one, so a club's normal message volume stays well inside it.

    How much does it cost to connect CourtReserve with Volty?

    Every Volty plan includes seats, active contacts and AI credits and starts with a free 7-day trial, and the plan prices are on voltade.com/pricing. Meta bills message charges separately for WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger.
