Rocket Matter is cloud legal practice management and billing software. We did not find public documentation for its API, so any access is arranged with Rocket Matter for your firm. Volty's part here is the hand-off: a client asking about a court date or an invoice on WhatsApp, web chat or email is passed to the attorney or accounts colleague you assign, and told who will reply.
The attorney on the matter confirms the date and whether the client attends.
Billing questions go to the colleague who handles accounts, with the invoice number given.
Volty tells the client who will reply and roughly when.
Volty gives no legal advice; anything legal goes to the attorney.

We did not find a public, self-serve API key for Rocket Matter, so access is arranged with Rocket Matter for your firm's account. During setup we agree what, if anything, Volty reads, within what Rocket Matter allows, and an admin approves the connection in Volty before it goes live.
No. Volty passes the question to the attorney on the matter, who confirms the date, time and whether the client needs to attend. Volty tells the client who will reply. It does not give legal advice; the attorney does.
Yes, through your team. Volty passes the question and invoice amount to the colleague who handles accounts, and that colleague sends the itemized invoice. Billing disputes and payment plans stay with your firm, because those are your decisions.
