    What Volty does with Revinate

Revinate is the guest data, CRM, email marketing and reservation sales platform many hotels use to know their guests and sell rooms. Through API credentials arranged with your Revinate account manager, Volty reads the guest profile and stay fields your hotel agrees to share. A returning guest is recognized from their profile and stay history, and a booking enquiry Volty qualifies can be passed to reservations sales with the details filled in.

    • Returning guests recognized

Volty reads the guest profile and past stays before it answers.

    • Preferences remembered

A preferred room type or a past request shapes the reply.

    • Qualified leads for sales

A group or long stay enquiry reaches reservations sales with details.

    • Sales owns the quote

Volty gathers dates, rooms and the planner's email, and a sales manager sends the block rates.

Two past stays and a high-floor king on file, read before the reply goes out.

    A wedding block

A planner asks about rooms for a wedding. Volty proposes the lead for sales.

    As an automation

Describe it to Volty in a sentence; it drafts the automation and an admin turns it on.

    How Volty connects to Revinate

Revinate does not publish a self-serve key screen. API access is arranged through your Revinate account manager or sales representative, and some of it, such as the review API, is a premium feature.

    1. 01

      Ask Revinate for API access

We contact your account manager with you and name the guest profile and stay data the hotel wants Volty to read.

    2. 02

      Agree the fields

Profiles, past stays and preferences are typical. Marketing lists and campaign tools stay in Revinate.

    3. 03

      Approve in Volty

Our team sets up the custom connection, and an admin approves it once.

    4. 04

      Route leads to sales

Group, wedding and long-stay enquiries go to a named sales manager. Passing a lead starts Off.

    The tools Volty gets

Each one is a switch on the Sources page in Volty.

    • Find profile by email or phoneReads
    • Read past staysReads
    • Read room preferencesReads
    • Pass lead to reservations salesChanges

Reading tools can be turned on straight away. Anything that changes Revinate starts Off, and once on it can be set to check with staff, so each change waits for a colleague.

    Common questions

    How is Revinate access arranged?

Revinate issues API credentials through your Revinate account manager or sales representative rather than a settings screen. We request access with you, agree which guest profile and stay fields Volty reads, and set up the custom connection. An admin approves it in Volty first.

Does Volty send marketing emails from Revinate?

Campaigns stay in Revinate. Volty answers people who message the hotel and can draw on a guest's past stays when it does. Scheduled WhatsApp messages from Volty use approved templates and are set up separately from your Revinate campaigns.

Can Volty read our guest reviews?

Revinate's review API is a premium feature, and Revinate's terms limit how that review content is shown. If you have it, we can agree that Volty reads reviews for staff in team chat, for example to summarize last week's complaints, and never quotes them to other guests.

How much does it cost to connect Revinate with Volty?

Every Volty plan includes seats, active contacts and AI credits and starts with a free 7-day trial, and the plan prices are on voltade.com/pricing. Meta bills message charges separately for WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger.

Sign up for our 7-day trial. No credit card needed.
