    Wallet balance from Lunchbox loyalty

    What Volty does with Lunchbox

Lunchbox is the online ordering, app and loyalty platform many restaurant brands use to take orders direct. Volty connects to your brand's Lunchbox tenant and, for loyalty, uses a merchant key Lunchbox Partnerships issues, reading orders, stores and guest wallets. A guest asks where a pickup order is or how many points they have, and Volty answers from their own Lunchbox account, passing a refund or a missing reward to a named member of staff.

    • Order status

Volty reads the guest's order and its pickup or delivery time.

    • Points and rewards

A guest asking about points hears the balance and the next reward.

    • Found by the email on the order

Points and orders are shared only with the guest whose email or phone matches.

    • Priya handles the money

A skipped reward or a wrong item is refunded by the guest team, not by Volty.

    A reward that didn't apply

A guest says their reward was skipped. Volty checks and hands it to staff.

I had a free drink reward but it didn't come off my order last night.

VoltyThanks Ryan. Your free drink reward is still on your account, so it wasn't used on order 31702. I've asked Priya on our guest team to refund the $3.25 drink, and she'll confirm today.

    How Volty connects to Lunchbox

Lunchbox runs each brand on its own tenant, and its loyalty API uses a key per merchant that Lunchbox Partnerships issues after an agreement. Our team arranges access with you and Lunchbox, and an admin approves the connection in Volty.

    1. 01

      Agree access with Lunchbox

We contact Lunchbox Partnerships with you for API access on your tenant and, if loyalty is included, a merchant key.

    2. 02

      Choose stores and data

Orders, stores, menus and loyalty wallets are the usual set. Payment details stay in Lunchbox.

    3. 03

      Approve in Volty

An admin approves the connection once before Volty answers from it.

    4. 04

      Set the switches

Adding points is the only change tool here, and it starts Off.

    Common questions

    How does Lunchbox grant access?

Lunchbox runs each brand on its own tenant, and its loyalty API uses a key per merchant that Lunchbox issues after an agreement with its partnerships team. We arrange access with you and Lunchbox, agree which order, store and loyalty data Volty reads, and an admin approves the connection in Volty.

Can a guest check their reward balance by message?

If loyalty is shared, Volty finds the guest by phone or email and reads their Lunchbox wallet: points, rewards ready to use and what the next one needs. Redeeming a reward is done at checkout in the ordering app.

What happens when an order is wrong or late?

Volty reads the order and the store's status, tells the guest what it shows, and brings the store manager into the thread for a remake, credit or refund. Those decisions stay with your staff.

How much does it cost to connect Lunchbox with Volty?

Every Volty plan includes seats, active contacts and AI credits and starts with a free 7-day trial, and the plan prices are on voltade.com/pricing. Meta bills message charges separately for WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger.
