    What Volty does with Google Meet

    Google Meet is how many advisers meet clients who cannot come in. Volty connects to Google Meet with one Google sign-in. It can create a meeting link for an appointment, read past meetings and who joined them, and read a meeting's transcript when one was made, so an adviser can ask what was agreed without rewatching the call.

    Does Volty need Google Calendar as well?

    To book the appointment, yes. Google Meet creates the link, and Google Calendar holds the event. Both connect with a Google sign-in from the Sources page.

    Can Volty change records in Google Meet?

    Only when an admin allows it. Every tool has its own switch: tools that only read can be turned on, and tools that change a record start Off. A tool that is on can be set to check with staff, so each change waits for a colleague to approve it.
