    What Volty does with Globe3

Globe3 is the HR, payroll and ERP software many Singapore construction, engineering and trading companies run on. Volty reads Globe3 through its API, with what Volty reads and writes chosen by your admin. A worker asks about leave or a permit on WhatsApp and Volty answers from their own Globe3 record, and a leave request can be proposed for HR to approve.

    • Leave balance on WhatsApp

Volty reads the worker's own leave record and answers.

    • Permit dates

Work permit expiry read from Globe3, not from a list on someone's desk.

    • Only their own record

A lookup is bound to the verified phone number in the conversation.

    • HR approves the changes

A leave request waits for a colleague before it reaches Globe3.

Staff in a construction company office, some in white hard hats, talk between wooden desks, with site plans pinned to a glass wall behind them.
Leave and permit questions answered from the records HR already keeps.

    A permit renewal reminder

A worker replies to a renewal reminder. Volty answers from the record and brings in HR.

    As an automation

Describe it to Volty in a sentence; it drafts the automation and an admin turns it on.

      Answers the replies

      And brings in HR

Three construction workers in white hard hats and hi-vis vests laugh together on a building site, with high-rise towers and palm trees behind them.
Workers ask on WhatsApp and get the answer from Globe3.

    How Volty connects to Globe3

If your Globe3 account can issue an API key, an admin pastes it into Volty's key card, asks Volty in chat to connect Globe3, and approves the lookups once. If Globe3 gives API access only to its partners, request this connection from Volty's chat or at team@voltade.com.

    1. 01

Choose what Volty reads and writes

Leave, permits, payroll dates, as your Globe3 setup allows.

    2. 02

      Approve the connection

An admin approves it once in Volty.

    3. 03

      Set the switches

Each tool is On, Check with staff, or Off.

    The tools Volty gets

Each one is a switch on the Sources page in Volty.

    • Find employeeReads
    • Read leave balanceReads
    • Read work permit datesReads
    • Submit leave requestChanges

Reading tools can be turned on straight away. Anything that changes Globe3 starts Off, and once on it can be set to check with staff, so each change waits for a colleague.

    Common questions

How does Volty connect to Globe3?

Through Globe3's API. If your account can issue an API key, an admin pastes it into Volty's key card and asks Volty in chat to connect it, then approves the lookups once. If Globe3 gives API access only to its partners, request this connection from Volty's chat or at team@voltade.com.

Can Volty change records in Globe3?

Only when an admin allows it. Every tool has its own switch: tools that only read can be turned on, and tools that change a record start Off. A tool that is on can be set to check with staff, so each change waits for a colleague to approve it.
