    Yes. When an order has a delivery confirmation, Volty can give the sender the time and who signed for it. An hourly automation can also send an approved WhatsApp template as soon as the confirmation appears, so the shop phone rings less.

    No. Volty answers catalog and same-day questions, and custom work such as weddings, events and funeral tributes goes to the designer you name. If you switch on order drafts, a florist still confirms each one before it is placed.
