    What Volty does with FieldPulse

    FieldPulse is field service software for HVAC, plumbing and electrical contractors, covering jobs, estimates, invoices and the dispatch schedule.     Common questions

    How do we get a FieldPulse API key for Volty?

    FieldPulse issues API keys itself. You request one from FieldPulse support at support@fieldpulse.com or through the in-app chat, then share it with our team for setup. There is no screen in FieldPulse where you generate it yourself.

    Can Volty book a job straight onto a technician's schedule?

    Once the job tool is on, yes. Volty reads open slots, offers them to the homeowner, and creates the job for the slot they pick. Dispatch can still reassign it in FieldPulse. The tool starts Off, and Check with staff makes each booking wait for dispatch.

    Does Volty take payment on a FieldPulse invoice?

    No. Volty reads the invoice total, what has been paid and the due date. Payment stays in FieldPulse, for example by the invoice link your office already sends, and Volty can point the customer to it.
