    What Volty does with Any email inbox

    Any email address can reach Volty, whichever provider hosts it. Each inbox in Volty can have its own address on your workspace's onvolty.com domain, and admins add aliases such as orders@. Forward your existing address there, and Volty answers in the thread from that onvolty.com address, replying only to people who wrote first.

    Which email providers work with forwarding?

    Any provider that can forward mail. Each Volty inbox has its own address on your workspace's onvolty.com domain, and admins can add aliases such as orders@. A forwarding rule at your provider sends the mail there.

    Which address do replies come from?

    From the onvolty.com address the mail was forwarded to. Volty replies only to people who wrote first, in the same thread. For a mailbox on Gmail or Outlook, connecting it directly lets Volty reply from the mailbox itself.
