    Agiliron and Volty

Shoppers ask which store has an item and wholesale buyers ask to repeat an order, and Volty answers from Agiliron's inventory by location and drafts sales orders for approval.

Account and last sales order from Agiliron

    What Volty does with Agiliron

Agiliron is the omnichannel inventory, order management and POS software retailers and wholesalers use across their stores and online channels. Our team connects it to Volty through the Agiliron REST API with an API key, and you agree which accounts, products and sales orders Volty may read. Shoppers ask whether a store has an item, wholesale buyers ask about an order, and Volty answers from Agiliron and can propose a new order for a colleague to approve.

    • Stock by location

Product inventory is read per location, so Volty can point a shopper to the store that has it.

    • Order status

Sales order status and ship dates for retail and wholesale accounts.

    • Reorders for approval

A repeat of last month's sales order is drafted for your sales team to approve.

    • Only the buyer's own orders

Volty reads sales orders only for the account matched to the buyer's confirmed phone.

    Which store has it

Daniel wants the large cedar candle today. Volty compares inventory at Naperville and Wheaton.

    How Volty connects to Agiliron

Agiliron offers a REST API for integrations its built-in connectors do not cover. Requests carry your account's API key, and our team builds the custom connection against the endpoints you agree.

    1. 01

      Provide an API key

Your Agiliron account supplies the key the REST API expects.

    2. 02

      Agree the endpoints

Usually Account, Contact, Product Inventory and SalesOrder. Add SalesOrder writes only if you want drafts.

    3. 03

      Approve once

An admin approves the connection in Volty.

    4. 04

      Switch Add SalesOrder

It starts Off. Check with staff puts each draft in front of sales.

    The tools Volty gets

Each one is a switch on the Sources page in Volty.

    • Find an account or contactReads
    • Read product inventory by locationReads
    • Read a sales orderReads
    • Add a sales orderChanges

Reading tools can be turned on straight away. Anything that changes Agiliron starts Off, and once on it can be set to check with staff, so each change waits for a colleague.

    Common questions

How does Volty reach our Agiliron data?

Through the Agiliron REST API, which Agiliron offers for integrations its own connectors do not cover. Requests use your account's API key. Our team builds a custom connection limited to the endpoints you agree, such as Product Inventory and SalesOrder, and an admin approves it once in Volty.

Can wholesale buyers reorder through WhatsApp?

They can ask, and Volty reads their previous sales order and checks inventory. If you switch on the Add SalesOrder tool, Volty drafts the repeat order. On Check with staff, a salesperson approves the draft before it is created in Agiliron, so pricing and terms stay with your team.

Does Volty know stock at each of our stores?

Yes, if product inventory by location is part of the agreed connection. A shopper asking about an item gets the store that has it, and Volty can offer to have that store hold one. It does not move inventory or create transfers.

How much does it cost to connect Agiliron with Volty?

Every Volty plan includes seats, active contacts and AI credits and starts with a free 7-day trial, and the plan prices are on voltade.com/pricing. Meta bills message charges separately for WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger.
