    What Volty does with AccuLynx

AccuLynx is the CRM and production system many residential roofing contractors run their jobs in, from lead to final invoice. Volty reads a homeowner's AccuLynx job, its milestone and its scheduled install, and answers on WhatsApp or web chat. After a storm, Volty takes the address and damage from a new homeowner and drafts the lead for your inspection team.

    • Milestone-aware answers

Materials ordered, install scheduled, or complete, read from the job.

    • Storm leads drafted

Address and damage described become a lead your team approves.

    • Their job, not the street's

Volty matches the homeowner to their AccuLynx contact before reading a job.

    • Key per location

AccuLynx keys belong to one location, so Volty only sees the branch you connect.

    How Volty connects to AccuLynx

AccuLynx has a REST API with webhooks for contact and job events. An AccuLynx Location or Company Administrator creates the API key in account settings, and the Volty team sets Volty up with it as a custom connection.

    1. 01

Create a named key in AccuLynx

An administrator creates it under App Connections in account settings. AccuLynx suggests one key per integration, so name it Volty.

    2. 02

Share it with the Volty team

The key covers one location. Multi-branch roofers send one per branch.

    3. 03

      Approve in Volty

One admin approval before Volty reads a job.

    4. 04

      Set the switches

Lead creation and job notes start Off, and can run as Check with staff.

    The tools Volty gets

Each one is a switch on the Sources page in Volty.

    • Find contactReads
    • Read job milestone and install dateReads
    • Create leadChanges
    • Add job noteChanges

Reading tools can be turned on straight away. Anything that changes AccuLynx starts Off, and once on it can be set to check with staff, so each change waits for a colleague.

    Common questions

Who in our company can create the AccuLynx key Volty uses?

A Location or Company Administrator creates API keys in AccuLynx account settings, under App Connections. A key belongs to one location, and AccuLynx suggests a separate named key per integration, so you can revoke Volty's without touching anything else.

We run several branches in AccuLynx. Does Volty see all of them?

Only the locations you connect. Each AccuLynx key is tied to one location, so a contractor with three branches gives three keys, and Volty only reads jobs at the branches you choose.

Can Volty create a lead in AccuLynx after a storm?

Yes, once you turn the tool on. Volty takes the homeowner's name, address and the damage they describe and drafts the lead. Most roofers run it as Check with staff during storm season, so a coordinator approves each one.

How much does it cost to connect AccuLynx with Volty?

Every Volty plan includes seats, active contacts and AI credits and starts with a free 7-day trial, and the plan prices are on voltade.com/pricing. Meta bills message charges separately for WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger.
