    What Volty does with Eber

Eber is the loyalty platform many Southeast Asian F&B and retail brands run their members, points and rewards on. An admin connects Eber to Volty with an API key from your Eber dashboard, and chooses what Volty reads and writes. Members ask how many points they have or what they can redeem, Volty answers from their own Eber record, and a points correction waits for a colleague.

    • How many points

Volty reads the member's balance and tier from Eber.

    • What can I redeem

The rewards their points cover today.

    • Only their own account

A lookup is bound to the verified phone number in the conversation.

    • Corrections wait

Adding points waits for a colleague to approve it.

Baristas in aprons shake and pour bubble tea behind a long wooden counter while a line of customers waits by the window.
Points and rewards read from Eber, never guessed.

    Missing points

A member says yesterday's points did not come in. Volty checks and proposes the correction.

VoltyThanks Hafiz. I can't see a transaction from yesterday on your account, so I've sent your receipt to the team to add the points.

    How Volty connects to Eber

An admin pastes an API key from your Eber dashboard into Volty's key card and asks Volty in chat to connect Eber. Volty writes each lookup as a tool, and the admin approves it once before Volty uses it.

    1. 01

Choose what Volty reads and writes

Members, points, rewards, as your Eber plan allows.

    2. 02

      Approve the connection

An admin approves it once in Volty.

    3. 03

      Set the switches

Each tool is On, Check with staff, or Off.

    The tools Volty gets

Each one is a switch on the Sources page in Volty.

    • Find memberReads
    • Read points balanceReads
    • List rewardsReads
    • Add pointsChanges

Reading tools can be turned on straight away. Anything that changes Eber starts Off, and once on it can be set to check with staff, so each change waits for a colleague.

    Common questions

How does Volty connect to Eber?

An admin pastes an API key from your Eber dashboard into Volty's key card and asks Volty in chat to connect Eber. Volty writes the lookups and changes you ask for as tools, and the admin approves them once before Volty uses them. Changes stay Off until an admin switches them on.

Can Volty change records in Eber?

Only when an admin allows it. Every tool has its own switch: tools that only read can be turned on, and tools that change a record start Off. A tool that is on can be set to check with staff, so each change waits for a colleague to approve it.

How much does it cost to connect Eber with Volty?

Every Volty plan includes seats, active contacts and AI credits and starts with a free 7-day trial, and the plan prices are on voltade.com/pricing. Meta bills message charges separately for WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger.
