    How is AgencyZoom connected to Volty?

    Through AgencyZoom's REST API, using API credentials an agency admin provides. The Volty team builds the connection, maps your pipelines and producers, and an admin approves it in Volty before any lead is written.

    Will Volty give a customer a premium or bind coverage?

    No. Volty asks the questions your producers need, like vehicles, drivers and garaging address, then proposes the lead for a licensed producer. Premiums, coverage advice and binding stay with your licensed staff.

    Can new leads go to a specific producer or pipeline?

    Yes. During setup we agree which AgencyZoom pipeline web chat and WhatsApp leads land in and how they are assigned, for example by line of business. With Check with staff on, the producer approves each lead before it is created.
