Voltade's commitments on the environment, people, human rights, and responsible governance, endorsed by top management.
Version 1.0 · Effective 3 August 2026 · Endorsed by the CEO of Voltade Pte. Ltd.
Voltade Pte. Ltd. ("Voltade", UEN 202307668E) is a Singapore software company. As an early-stage business we do not yet publish a formal ESG or sustainability report; this statement sets out the commitments and practices we hold ourselves to, and is reviewed annually by management. It applies to all Voltade directors, employees, and contractors, and informs the expectations we place on our suppliers.
Voltade is a cloud-native software business with no manufacturing, logistics, or physical goods operations; our direct environmental footprint is small, and we are committed to keeping it that way:
Voltade respects internationally recognised human rights, consistent with the UN Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the ILO Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work:
Voltade provides a safe and healthy working environment in compliance with Singapore's Workplace Safety and Health Act. Our work is office-based and low-risk; we nonetheless maintain safe workstation practices, ergonomic equipment, and clear escalation for any safety concern. This commitment is endorsed by top management, and any work performed at a customer's premises follows the customer's site safety rules.
All employees are made aware, from onboarding, that concerns, employment-related or ethical, can be raised directly with management or, confidentially and anonymously, through the channel in our Whistleblowing Policy. The same channel is open to third parties. Retaliation against anyone raising a concern in good faith is strictly prohibited.
Our supply chain consists of cloud and software service providers (see our subprocessor list); we procure no physical goods, minerals, or manufactured products. We select providers that publish their own environmental, labour, and governance commitments and hold recognised certifications, and we impose contractual obligations on data protection and lawful conduct. Where a risk of non-compliance with the principles in this statement is identified in our supply chain, we work to remediate or replace the supplier.
This statement sits alongside our Anti-Bribery & Corruption Policy, Whistleblowing Policy, and Personal Data Protection Policy as Voltade's governance framework. It is reviewed annually and on material regulatory change. Questions may be directed to [email protected].
