    ESG & Responsible Business Statement

Voltade's commitments on the environment, people, human rights, and responsible governance, endorsed by top management.

Version 1.0 · Effective 3 August 2026 · Endorsed by the CEO of Voltade Pte. Ltd.

    Our Commitment

Voltade Pte. Ltd. ("Voltade", UEN 202307668E) is a Singapore software company. As an early-stage business we do not yet publish a formal ESG or sustainability report; this statement sets out the commitments and practices we hold ourselves to, and is reviewed annually by management. It applies to all Voltade directors, employees, and contractors, and informs the expectations we place on our suppliers.

    Environment

Voltade is a cloud-native software business with no manufacturing, logistics, or physical goods operations; our direct environmental footprint is small, and we are committed to keeping it that way:

    • We comply with all environmental laws applicable to our operations in Singapore
    • Our compute runs on major cloud providers (AWS, Microsoft Azure) that publish renewable-energy commitments and carbon reporting; energy and carbon data attributable to workloads can be provided from these providers' published tooling to support customers' sustainability reporting
    • We minimise e-waste: company hardware is limited to employee laptops, kept in service through their useful life and disposed of through certified e-waste recycling channels under Singapore's Resource Sustainability Act 2019 framework
    • As a services business we place no packaging on the market; packaging and product data reporting obligations do not arise from our services
    • We operate paper-light by default: contracts, invoicing, and documentation are digital

    Labour Standards & Human Rights

Voltade respects internationally recognised human rights, consistent with the UN Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the ILO Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work:

    • Full compliance with the Employment Act and all applicable labour laws of Singapore, including working hours, timely payment, and statutory benefits
    • Zero tolerance for child labour, forced labour, bonded labour, human trafficking, and all forms of modern slavery, in our operations and our supply chain
    • Fair recruitment: no worker pays recruitment fees, and every employee retains control of their own identity documents
    • Freedom of association and the right to collective bargaining are respected

    Diversity, Equity & Anti-Discrimination

    • Employment decisions are based on merit, performance, and ability, never on gender, age, race, nationality, religion, sexual orientation, or any other personal characteristic
    • All forms of harassment, degrading treatment, and abuse are prohibited
    • We are committed to equal opportunity and a workplace where concerns can be raised without fear

    Health & Safety

Voltade provides a safe and healthy working environment in compliance with Singapore's Workplace Safety and Health Act. Our work is office-based and low-risk; we nonetheless maintain safe workstation practices, ergonomic equipment, and clear escalation for any safety concern. This commitment is endorsed by top management, and any work performed at a customer's premises follows the customer's site safety rules.

    Grievance Mechanism

All employees are made aware, from onboarding, that concerns, employment-related or ethical, can be raised directly with management or, confidentially and anonymously, through the channel in our Whistleblowing Policy. The same channel is open to third parties. Retaliation against anyone raising a concern in good faith is strictly prohibited.

    Supply Chain Responsibility

Our supply chain consists of cloud and software service providers (see our subprocessor list); we procure no physical goods, minerals, or manufactured products. We select providers that publish their own environmental, labour, and governance commitments and hold recognised certifications, and we impose contractual obligations on data protection and lawful conduct. Where a risk of non-compliance with the principles in this statement is identified in our supply chain, we work to remediate or replace the supplier.

    Governance of This Statement

This statement sits alongside our Anti-Bribery & Corruption Policy, Whistleblowing Policy, and Personal Data Protection Policy as Voltade's governance framework. It is reviewed annually and on material regulatory change. Questions may be directed to [email protected].
