What is the PSG grant?
The Productivity Solutions Grant (PSG) is a Singapore government grant that covers up to 50% of the cost of pre-approved digital solutions — including AI agents and automation tools.
What the PSG grant covers.
PSG supports the adoption of IT solutions, equipment, and consultancy services that help businesses improve productivity. For AI and automation, this typically means custom-built agents, CRM systems, and workflow tools. The grant covers up to 50% of qualifying costs, with a cap that depends on the solution category. It's administered by Enterprise Singapore and IMDA.
Who qualifies.
Your business must be registered and operating in Singapore, have a minimum of 30% local shareholding, and have group annual sales turnover below S$100 million OR group employment size below 200 workers. Most SMEs qualify. The purchase must be for use in Singapore, and the solution must be on the pre-approved list or qualify under the AI category.
How to apply.
Applications go through the Business Grants Portal (BGP). You'll need a CorpPass account, a quote from your vendor, and supporting documents about your business. The typical approval timeline is 4-8 weeks. You can start the project before approval, but you take on the risk if it's not approved. Most vendors (including us) help with the paperwork.
