How updates reach you

Voltade is delivered as a hosted service. You install, host and patch nothing — updates are applied centrally and reach you on your next page load.

Critical and important security patches are applied within 48 hours, after passing the automated verification gate. See our update & patch commitments.

Live service health is published at status.voltade.com, including planned maintenance windows.

The one thing we ask of you: keep your web browser current. Voltade supports the two most recent major versions of Chrome, Edge, Safari and Firefox. Any change that requires action on your side — a browser minimum-version change, an integration re-authorisation — is flagged on the entry below and sent to your named administrators in advance.

Rebuilt inbox search

Search across the inbox was rebuilt around a query language, so you can narrow by segment and jump straight to the matching message rather than the conversation.

Search by segment, with or without a search term.
A message match now names the conversation it belongs to, so results are readable at a glance.
Refinements are shown on screen before you type, and applying one filters the list immediately.
Full keyboard navigation through results, including Escape to leave search without closing the dialog.

Contact card, edited in place

Both contact screens now share one card surface. Fields are edited inline, and everything Volty has learned about a contact is visible on the card.

Automation safety limits

Automation runs are now dispatched fairly across organisations, with rate caps and an automatic breaker so a misconfigured trigger cannot consume shared capacity.

Org-fair dispatch: capacity is checked before a run is claimed.
Trigger rate caps applied at the enqueue point, with dropped runs recorded.
An automatic safety breaker halts a run loop that fails repeatedly, and notifies the owner.
Nightly garbage collection of unreferenced file blobs.

Formatting in replies, and attachment progress

Replies support basic formatting, and mailbox imports now show how many attachments are still being processed instead of appearing finished early.

Cmd+B / Cmd+I in the reply composer; the timeline renders the formatting.
Outlook mailbox health shows "N attachments processing" on both the detail view and the channels list.
The conversation row avatar shows the assignee, joined by Volty when it is working the thread.

Ask Volty to edit a contact

Contact records can be edited by asking Volty in plain language. High-impact edits pause for an inline confirmation before they are applied.

Ask-Volty affordances on phone, email and identifier fields.
An anchored edit composer on low-impact fields, applied directly.
High-impact edits defer for an inline self-confirmation before they take effect.
Teammates engaged in a conversation are shown as an avatar stack on the conversation row.
