Run through these in order. Stop at the first one that applies.

    1. Channel Connected?

    • In Envoy, go to Settings > Channels > WhatsApp
    • Does the channel show Connected?
    • If Disconnected: see our reconnection guide

    2. Display Name Approved?

    3. Quality Rating OK?

    4. Message Templates Approved?

    • Outside the 24-hour window, Envoy needs approved templates to send outbound messages
    • Check in WhatsApp Manager > Message Templates
    • If no templates: create one and wait for Meta approval (under 24 hours)

    5. Payment Method Set Up?

    • Required for template messages and broadcasts
    • Check in Meta Business Suite > Billing > Payment Methods

    6. Correct WABA Linked?

    • If you have multiple WhatsApp Business Accounts, verify the correct one is linked to your Envoy channel
    • Check in Settings > Channels > WhatsApp > channel details

Collect the following and contact support:

    1
  1. Your Envoy account URL and channel ID
