    WhatsApp Business Verified But Can't Send Messages in Voltade

    You completed Meta Business Verification, but messages from Voltade still fail. Verification is a prerequisite, but several other pieces need to be in place before Voltade can actually send messages.

    Run through these in order. Stop at the first one that applies.

    1. Channel Connected?

    • In Voltade, go to Settings > Channels > WhatsApp
    • Does the channel show Connected?
    • If Disconnected: see our reconnection guide

    2. Display Name Approved?

    3. Quality Rating OK?

    4. Message Templates Approved?

    • Outside the 24-hour window, Voltade needs approved templates to send outbound messages
    • Check in WhatsApp Manager > Message Templates
    • If no templates: create one and wait for Meta's review, which Meta says can take up to 24 hours

    5. Payment Method Set Up?

    • Required for template messages and broadcasts
    • Check in Meta Business Suite > Billing > Payment Methods

    6. Correct WABA Linked?

    • If you have multiple WhatsApp Business Accounts, verify the correct one is linked to your Voltade channel
    • Check in Settings > Channels > WhatsApp > channel details
