Will it actually understand foreman shorthand on WhatsApp?
Yes. We tune the agent for the language your foremen actually use during scoping. "26 today 4 MC 1 abscond, weather okay, M&E coming Wed" gets parsed the same way a structured form would. The agent escalates anything ambiguous to the project manager rather than guessing.
What about MOM and SCDF submission requirements that change?
Compliance rules change and we update the agent's rule set when they do. We track MOM, BCA, SCDF, and WSH circular updates and flag any rule change that affects your active projects. You're not retraining a model, you're updating a rule.
Can it handle multiple active sites?
Yes. The agent runs per project with project-specific risk registers, attendance quotas, programme dates, and main contractor reporting templates. Cross-project views (e.g., total active workforce, total open WSH actions) are available to the head office.
What if the WSH incident is serious?
For serious incidents (reportable injuries, near-misses with potential for serious injury), the agent immediately notifies your WSH officer and the project manager rather than processing routinely. Serious incident escalation is hard-coded into the agent regardless of autonomy level.
Where is our site and worker data stored?
In Singapore (AWS ap-southeast-1), PDPA-aligned, with audit logs and role-based access. Worker personal data (NRIC, FIN, dormitory address) is scoped strictly to authorised users only. We sign DPAs and walk you through the architecture during scoping.
Can it submit to MOM and BCA portals directly?
For systems with API access, yes. For portals requiring manual submission, the agent prepares the submission pack ready for upload by your authorised user. We don't transmit credentials.
