Sales / Cross-industry
Quote the customer before the conversation goes cold.
An agent that reads your WhatsApp threads and email exchanges, drafts the quotation in the customer's language, attaches your standard T&Cs, and ships it on your branded template. Before the lead messages a competitor.
The loop
Four states, running across every B2B conversation that lands.
Most B2B leads die between "send me a quote" and the actual quote being sent. The gap is days, sometimes weeks. A real agent reads the request, decides what to price, ships the quote, and remembers what the customer asked for last time.
Read
Pulls request signals from WhatsApp, email, web forms. Parses product, quantity, delivery terms, payment terms, and any custom asks buried in the conversation.
Decide
Cross-checks against your product catalogue, current pricing rules, customer-specific terms, and capacity. Flags anything outside scope (custom builds, special discounts, large volumes) for sales review.
Act
Drafts the quotation on your branded template with line items, totals, payment terms, and your standard T&Cs. Logs in your CRM. Queues for one-click send or full-auto delivery for repeat customers.
Remember
Holds every quote, every counter, every won and lost reason. Next time the same customer asks for the same product family, the agent picks up from the last conversation.
Capabilities
Six clusters. Pick the ones your sales reps lose hours to.
Each cluster turns on independently. Most teams start with conversation extraction and quote drafting, see the time recovered, then add the rest.
Conversation-to-Quote Extraction
Read the request the way a senior sales rep does.
A customer messages "200 of part XYZ for delivery by 15th, net 30 terms please." The agent extracts the part, the quantity, the delivery date, and the payment terms, drafts the quote, and surfaces it for sales approval inside two minutes.
Multi-Language Quote Drafting
Quote in the customer's language.
A Malaysian buyer messages in Bahasa. The quote ships in Bahasa with your standard branded template, MYR pricing if configured, and the right Incoterm. An Indonesian buyer gets Bahasa Indonesia, an Indonesian distributor gets the same.
Brand Template Auto-Attach
Stop quotes that look like they came from Notepad.
Every quote ships on your branded letterhead with your logo, terms page, contact panel, and signature block. Sales reps stop hand-formatting and start selling.
Margin and Discount Guardrails
Hold the line on margin without nagging the boss.
A customer asks for a 12% volume discount. The agent checks against your discount tier rules, applies the approved 8% inside the band, drafts a polite explanation for the gap, and queues for sales review. No sales rep accidentally giving away margin to close a deal.
Quote-to-Invoice Closing
Move quote → PO → invoice without a 4-day email loop.
Customer accepts on WhatsApp. The agent confirms, generates the invoice on your accounting system (Xero, Quickbooks, MYOB), sends the deposit link, and updates the CRM deal stage. Sales walks into Monday with a closed deal already invoiced.
Repeat-Customer Auto-Run
Stop re-quoting the same product family every fortnight.
A repeat customer sends a recurring product order. The agent recognises the pattern, applies the latest pricing, ships the quote inside the agreed price band, and only escalates if the customer changes the volume or terms.
Autonomy
Send if you want. Or hold for sales review.
Every capability has four levels. Run extraction on full auto from day one while you keep send-the-quote at draft-and-wait. You decide where the human stays in the loop.
Surface only
Extracts the request, drafts a structured spec, flags it for sales to quote.
Draft + wait
Generates the full quote. Sales reviews and sends.
One-click approve
Drafts and queues. Sales rep approves on the move.
Full auto
For repeat customers and standard products inside agreed price bands, the quote ships and the CRM is updated without a human checkpoint.
Singapore playbook
Six quote moments Singapore B2B teams handle every week.
Scenarios we've built the agent to handle, grounded in how Singapore B2B sales teams actually quote. Your version is configured to your catalogue, pricing rules, customer terms, and integrations.
Cross-border price quote in three languages
A Malaysian distributor messages in Bahasa, a Vietnamese buyer messages in English, an Indonesian buyer in Bahasa Indonesia. Same product family, different currencies, different Incoterms. The agent ships three quotes inside the hour.
Tender-style RFQ pack from procurement
A corporate procurement officer sends an RFQ pack with 47 items in an Excel template. The agent extracts the lot, prices against your rate sheet, fills the customer's template (not your own), and ships it with a covering email.
Volume-band discount escalation
A repeat customer asks for a 15% discount on a large order. The agent recognises the request is outside the standard 8% tier, drafts a holding response with the approved discount, and routes the over-band ask to the sales manager for one-tap approval.
Off-menu product enquiry
A customer asks about a product variant not in your standard catalogue. The agent flags the off-menu request, drafts a polite holding reply, and routes the lead to your product team for go/no-go on the bespoke build.
GST and government grant pricing
A customer asks if PSG can be applied to your software/service quote. The agent answers from your grant-eligible product list, attaches the application steps, and confirms grant-applicable pricing in the quote.
Quote follow-up after a week of silence
A quote sent Monday with no response by Friday. The agent sends a non-pushy nudge, references the specific product, and asks if anything in the quote needs revision. No customer disappearing into the inbox.

Common questions.
How does it know our product catalogue and pricing?
We map your product catalogue, pricing rules, discount tiers, and customer-specific terms during scoping. Updates flow through whatever your team already updates. The agent reads the same source as your sales team.
What about non-English customers?
English, Mandarin, Bahasa Melayu, Bahasa Indonesia, Tamil, and Singlish are all handled. We tune for the customer mix your team actually deals with during scoping.
Will it overstep on discounts?
Discount authority is set per autonomy level and per customer tier. Most teams start with the agent quoting at standard pricing and any deviation routed to sales. You can move to higher autonomy as you see how it behaves.
Can it handle bespoke quotes?
The agent recognises bespoke requests, drafts a holding response, and routes to your product or sales team for the custom work. It doesn't try to price what you haven't agreed to sell.
Where is our customer and quote data stored?
In Singapore (AWS ap-southeast-1), PDPA-aligned, with audit logs and role-based access. Pricing and customer-specific terms are scoped strictly to authorised users only.
Will it spam customers with follow-ups?
Follow-up cadence is configured per customer segment and per quote stage with hard caps. The agent respects "no thanks" responses across every channel.
How is it priced?
Scoped after a free scoping session. PSG and AIxDL grants are available for eligible SMEs. We handle the AIxDL application end-to-end. For PSG, we guide you through the application — your company files it directly through the Business Grants Portal. Full tiers and grant details on our pricing page.
