    Manufacturing

Turn a technical drawing into a quote your customer will sign.

An agent that reads PDFs, dimensions, material specs, and revision marks, then prices them against your rate card and ships a multi-language quotation while your engineer is still on the call.

    The loop

Four states, running across every drawing that lands.

Most quoting tools stop at "extract the spec." A real agent keeps going. It reads the drawing, decides what to price, ships the quote, and remembers what won the deal.

    01

    Read

Pulls drawings from email, WhatsApp, or a customer portal. Parses PDF, DWG, STEP, IGES, and screenshot uploads. Extracts dimensions, tolerances, materials, surface finish, hole counts, and revision marks the way an estimator does.

    02

    Decide

Cross-checks specs against your rate card, capacity calendar, known supplier costs, and customer-specific margins. Flags anything outside scope (special alloys, tight tolerances, cert requirements, customer credit terms) before the quote leaves the building.

    03

    Act

Drafts the quotation in the customer's language with line items, lead time, payment terms, and your standard T&Cs. Logs it in your CRM, attaches the costed BOM, and queues it for one-click send.

    04

    Remember

Holds every revision, counter, won and lost reason. Next time the same drawing lands with a tweaked tolerance, the agent knows your last price, your last margin, and what made the customer say yes.

    Capabilities

Six clusters. Pick the ones your estimator does on autopilot.

Each cluster turns on independently. Most teams start with spec extraction and quote drafting, see the time recovered, then add the rest.

    Spec Extraction

Read the drawing the way an estimator does.

A PDF lands with 47 dimensions, 12 hole callouts, surface finish notes in two languages, and a revision triangle in the corner. The agent pulls all of it in one pass and reconciles the title block against your customer master file.

    Multi-Language Quotation

    Quote in the customer's language.

An Indonesian distributor sends a drawing with Bahasa annotations. The quote ships in Bahasa with SGD pricing and Incoterm options. A Mandarin variant for your KL buyer. An English version for the local PO.

    Margin and Cost Guardrails

Hold the line on margin without bothering the boss.

Material cost moved 8% on the last alloy purchase. The agent re-prices any open quote that uses that material, flags margin erosion before send, and offers two counter-options inside your approved band.

    Revision Tracking

Catch the silent change that breaks your quote.

A customer resubmits "the same drawing" with the wall thickness bumped from 2mm to 2.5mm. The agent diffs against the prior revision, recalculates the price, and surfaces a one-line summary of what changed before you reply.

    Capacity-Aware Lead Times

Promise dates the shop can actually hit.

Lead time pulls live from your production calendar. If CNC is booked through Wednesday and the job needs 5-axis time, the agent quotes the realistic Friday slot instead of the optimistic Tuesday.

    Repeat-Order Auto-Run

Stop quoting the same part for the same customer every six weeks.

A recurring blanking job for a regular distributor goes from inbox to PO without an estimator opening the file. New volume, new PO number, same agent, same price logic, full audit trail.

    Autonomy

Send if you want. Or hold for review.

Every capability has four levels. Run extraction on full auto from day one while you keep send-the-quote at draft-and-wait. You decide where the human stays in the loop.

    01

    Surface only

Logs the drawing, extracts the specs, flags anything missing. Your estimator quotes it.

    02

    Draft + wait

Generates a full quotation. Holds it for senior review before send.

    03

    One-click approve

Drafts the quote and queues it in your outbox. You hit send.

    04

    Full auto

For repeat customers and parts inside pre-agreed pricing rules, the quote ships without a human in the loop. Audit log on every send.

    Singapore playbook

Six RFQs Singapore manufacturers see every week.

Scenarios we've built the agent to handle, grounded in how SG fab and precision engineering teams actually get quoted. Your version is configured to your rate card, suppliers, certifications, and customer-specific terms.

    Cross-border KL/Batam tender

An Indonesian buyer sends a drawing in Bahasa with SGD pricing expected. The agent ships the quote in Bahasa with FOB Singapore and CIF Jakarta options inside the hour, before the buyer messages a Johor competitor.

    JTC subcontractor RFQ batch

A tier-1 contractor on a JTC build dumps 14 drawings into one email at 6pm Friday for a Monday deadline. The agent triages, quotes the 9 standard parts overnight, and escalates the 5 spec-critical pieces to the estimator with a rough order of magnitude already attached.

    BCA-listed contractor compliance check

A quote needs to reference your bizSAFE level and Workplace Safety and Health certs for tender eligibility. The agent attaches the current cert pack to every quote going to BCA-listed buyers without your team chasing the QHSE folder.

    AS9100 scope check

A drawing lands tagged "AS9100 supplier required." The agent checks your scope, sees you haven't certified for that customer profile, drafts a polite decline that suggests an alternative spec, and routes the lead to your business development pipeline.

    Multi-revision Saturday morning

A customer's engineer pings on WhatsApp at 9am Saturday with rev C of a drawing the agent quoted as rev A on Thursday. The agent diffs the revision and replies with the revised price by 9:14am. The engineer replies "approve," PO follows on Monday.

    Material price re-quote

Stainless 316 jumps 12% on Monday's supplier price list. The agent identifies every open quote that uses that grade, re-prices them inside your approved margin band, and either auto-resends or queues the updates for review depending on customer-specific rules.

    Plugs into your stack

Reads the drawings where they land. Posts the quote where your team works.

    Common questions.

What drawing formats does it actually read?

PDF (native and scanned), DWG, DXF, STEP, IGES, plus screenshots and photos of physical drawings sent over WhatsApp. We OCR scanned and photographed drawings, then reconcile them against your part master before quoting.

What about parts we've never quoted before?

For unfamiliar parts, the agent extracts the spec, flags it as new, and either drafts a rough order of magnitude using comparable parts in your history or routes it to your estimator with the spec already structured. You don't lose the lead while you decide.

How does it know our pricing rules and margin guardrails?

We map them in scoping. Material cost feeds, labour rate, machine hours, finishing surcharges, customer-specific margins. The agent reads that ruleset on every quote and updates when you change a number. You're not retraining a model, you're updating a rule.

Will it accidentally quote a job we can't deliver?

Capacity checks against your production calendar before any lead time goes out. Cert-required jobs (AS9100, ISO 13485, Sirim, etc.) pattern-match against your scope and route to a human if there's any ambiguity.

Can the customer reply to the quote and the agent handle the back-and-forth?

Yes. Counters within your pre-approved band auto-respond. Counters outside the band draft a reply and wait for you. Every round is logged with reasoning so the estimator can pick up the thread cold.

Is our drawing data going to a foreign LLM?

Drawing extraction runs on infrastructure in Singapore (AWS ap-southeast-1) with PDPA-aligned audit logs. We can sign DPAs and walk you through the data path during scoping. For sensitive customer drawings, redaction rules are configurable per customer.

    How is it priced?

Scoped to your setup after a free scoping session. PSG and AIxDL grants are available for eligible SMEs. We handle the AIxDL application end-to-end. For PSG, we guide you through the application — your company files it directly through the Business Grants Portal. Full tiers and grant details on our pricing page. SMEs are eligible for up to 50% Productivity Solutions Grant (PSG) support for the adoption of Voltade AI solutions, a Pre-Approved Solution under the IMDA SMEs Go Digital programme.
