    Retail

Price consistently across staff, channels, conditions, and intake batches.

An agent that uses image recognition to identify brand, assess condition, check authenticity, and recommend a price within your historical band. So your pricing stops depending on which staff member did the intake and starts depending on the data.

    The loop

Four states, running across every product intake, every restock, every channel sync.

Most pricing tools stop at "identify the brand." A real agent keeps going. It reads the intake, grades the condition, lists across channels, and remembers what sold.

    01

    Read

Pulls product photos, intake notes, brand information, and any historical pricing for similar items. Reads channel-specific pricing rules (your store, marketplace, social commerce).

    02

    Decide

Identifies brand and authenticity from images, assesses condition against your grading rubric, and recommends a price within the channel band based on historical sell-through.

    03

    Act

Drafts the SKU listing with the recommended price, updates your POS and channel listings, and queues for staff approval on edge cases.

    04

    Remember

Holds every product's intake decision, every sale price, every channel performance. Quarterly pricing reviews start with curated data.

    Capabilities

Six clusters. Pick the ones costing you margin every intake.

Each cluster turns on independently. Most retailers start with brand detection and condition grading, see the consistency recovered, then add the rest.

    Image-Based Brand Detection

Recognise the brand straight from the intake photo.

A staff member intakes a designer bag. The agent identifies the brand and the model from the photo, surfaces the historical price band for that condition, and pre-fills the listing. Staff confirms in seconds.

    Condition Grading

Apply the same condition grade no matter who's doing intake.

Staff A and Staff B both intake similar items. Without the agent, their condition grades would diverge. With it, both photos go through the same grading rubric and the price reflects the actual condition.

    Authenticity Flagging

Catch the questionable item before it goes on the shelf.

A questionable luxury item comes in. The agent surfaces authenticity concerns from image features (stitching, hardware, logo placement) and routes to the senior buyer for verification before listing.

    Multi-Channel Price Sync

Hold the same SKU at the right price across every channel.

A SKU listed on your store, Carousell, Shopify, and your Instagram shop. The agent ensures channel-appropriate pricing (channel fees factored in), and updates all channels when one moves.

    Price Drift Surfacing

Notice when a category's pricing power is shifting.

Your category sell-through on a brand is up but average sale price is down. The agent surfaces the trend, recommends a pricing adjustment, and shows the projected margin impact.

    Inventory Reorder Suggestions

Suggest restocks based on what actually sells.

A SKU sells through faster than expected. The agent surfaces the velocity, suggests a restock quantity, and prepares the supplier order for buyer approval.

    Autonomy

List if you want. Or hold for the buyer.

Every capability has four levels. Run brand detection on full auto from day one while you keep listings at draft-and-wait. You decide where the human stays in the loop.

    01

    Surface only

Identifies brand, grades condition, suggests price. Staff lists manually.

    02

    Draft + wait

    Drafts the listing. Buyer reviews.

    03

    One-click approve

    Drafts and queues. Buyer approves.

    04

    Full auto

For repeat product types and standard condition grades, the listing goes live without a checkpoint.

    Singapore playbook

Six retail moments Singapore retailers handle every week.

Scenarios we've built the agent to handle, grounded in how SG retail and resale teams actually intake stock. Your version is configured to your brand library, channels, condition rubric, and channel-specific rules.

    Multi-channel listing day

A weekly intake batch needs to go on store + Carousell + Shopify. The agent grades each item, prices it, lists it across all three channels with channel-appropriate pricing, and updates inventory in one pass.

    Carousell brand-counterfeit risk

A questionable luxury item comes in. The agent flags authenticity concerns and routes to the senior buyer before any listing goes live, protecting the seller account from Carousell's takedown rules.

    Year-end stock-take pricing

Year-end stock-take. The agent surfaces slow-moving SKUs, suggests markdown bands considering current market price, and drafts the markdown listings for buyer approval.

    Festive sale pricing strategy

A festive sale period. The agent recommends discount bands per category considering historical sell-through during the same period, and projects the margin impact for the buyer.

    Cross-platform inventory sync

A SKU sells on Shopify. The agent updates Carousell and Instagram listings to "sold" within minutes, preventing accidental double-selling.

    Brand restock alert

A particular brand category sells out faster than forecast. The agent surfaces the velocity, recommends supplier reorder, and prepares the procurement comms.

    Common questions.

How does it know our brands and grading rubric?

Brand library and grading rubric are mapped during scoping. The agent learns from your historical intake decisions and refines as it sees more data. You're not retraining a model, you're updating a rule set.

    Will it actually catch counterfeits?

The agent flags authenticity concerns based on image features and historical patterns. It doesn't claim certainty. The senior buyer verifies before any flagged item is listed.

    What about category-specific pricing rules?

Category rules (luxury vs streetwear, electronics vs fashion, vintage vs current) are mapped during scoping. The agent applies the right pricing logic per category.

Can it integrate with our existing channels?

Shopify, WooCommerce, Carousell, Lazada, Shopee, and most SG retail channels are supported. For channels without an API, we work directly with your team.

Where is our product and customer data stored?

In Singapore (AWS ap-southeast-1), PDPA-aligned, with audit logs and role-based access.

Will it set prices we didn't approve?

Pricing authority is set per autonomy level. Most retailers start at draft-and-wait or one-click-approve, and move to higher autonomy on standard product types.
