Manufacturing
Move the shop floor off CSV files and into one source of truth.
An agent that connects machines, people, processes, and materials into one live view. WhatsApp-driven approvals from the shop floor to the boardroom. AI that surfaces what's slowing the line before the foreman walks in.
The loop
Four states, running across every job, every machine, every shift.
The shop floor produces data every minute. Most of it lives in spreadsheets, paper logs, or in the foreman's head. A real agent reads the floor as it happens, decides what's compliance-relevant, ships the right alert or report, and remembers what last week's bottleneck looked like.
Read
Pulls job tickets, machine status, operator clock-ins, scrap counts, and inspection notes from your MES, PLC, time-clock, and WhatsApp foreman channels.
Decide
Reconciles actual production against the schedule. Flags machine downtime patterns, scrap rate spikes, and quality issues. Surfaces the variance the floor manager would catch on a walk.
Act
Drafts shift hand-over reports, customer delivery updates, scrap analysis summaries, and machine maintenance tickets. Routes WhatsApp approvals to the right operator or supervisor for one-tap sign-off.
Remember
Holds every job's actual cycle time, every operator's productivity, every machine's downtime cause. Quarterly reviews and customer audits start with the data already curated.
Capabilities
Six clusters. Pick the ones the floor manager spends his days chasing.
Each cluster turns on independently. Most factories start with shift hand-over and machine status visibility, see the data quality lift, then add the rest.
Live Shop-Floor Visibility
See what every machine is doing the moment it's doing it.
A CNC cell is running 22% slower than the standard cycle for that part. The agent flags it during the shift, surfaces the operator and the job, and prompts a maintenance check before scrap piles up.
WhatsApp-Driven Approvals
Approve from the floor, not from the office laptop.
Foreman messages "rework on PO 8372, 4 pcs" to the shift group. The agent recognises the request, drafts the rework ticket, routes it for QA approval, and updates the job order all in WhatsApp. The supervisor approves between machines.
Scrap and Yield Analytics
Catch the scrap pattern before the shift ends.
Scrap on machine 3 jumped from 1.2% to 4.7% over the last three jobs running the same alloy. The agent surfaces the trend, the suspected cause (tool wear at hour 18 of the insert life), and the cost impact in dollars per shift.
Shift Hand-Over Reports
Hand the floor over with a structured report ready for the incoming shift.
End of shift, the agent compiles produced quantities by job, machine downtime by cause, scrap by part, and any open quality flags. Out-going supervisor approves with one tap. Incoming supervisor sees the full state before stepping on the floor.
Customer Delivery Status Comms
Tell the customer where the order is before they ask.
Customer's PO is in week 3 of 4. The agent compiles the production status, attaches the latest QA inspection results, and ships a status update on Friday afternoon. No "any update?" emails on Monday.
Maintenance and Cert Tracking
Schedule the maintenance before it becomes downtime.
Machine 7's preventive maintenance is due in 80 hours of run-time. The agent surfaces it, drafts the maintenance ticket, schedules it for the next planned downtime window, and confirms with the maintenance team in WhatsApp.
Autonomy
Approve if you want. Or hold for the supervisor.
Every capability has four levels. Shift hand-over reports can run on full auto from day one while machine maintenance approval stays at draft-and-wait for high-cost work.
Surface only
Captures floor data, structures it, flags variance. Supervisor decides.
Draft + wait
Generates the report or approval ticket. Holds for supervisor review.
One-click approve
Drafts and queues. Supervisor approves on WhatsApp.
Full auto
For routine reports and pre-approved maintenance, the document files itself with audit log.
Singapore playbook
Six floor moments Singapore manufacturers handle every week.
Foreign worker quota check on shift planning
A new job needs 8 operators across two shifts. The agent reconciles against your S-Pass and Work Permit DRC for the project, flags any over-quota condition, and prompts the supervisor to either reduce headcount or escalate.
Customer FAT preparation
A customer FAT (factory acceptance test) is scheduled for Thursday. The agent compiles the QA inspection results, machine calibration certs, and material traceability records into the FAT-ready pack by Tuesday. The QA manager skims, doesn't rebuild.
Cross-shift WhatsApp approval
Night-shift operator finds an out-of-spec part. He WhatsApps a photo at 2am. The agent classifies the issue (rework, scrap, or hold), routes to the QA lead's WhatsApp, and waits for the morning approval. No production decision waiting on the morning email.
Quarterly EDB / SkillsFuture training compliance
Quarterly review of operator training requirements (EDB grant compliance, SkillsFuture credit usage). The agent compiles the training records by operator, by qualification, and prepares the compliance pack for HR sign-off.
Multi-customer job priority rebalancing
Three customers each escalate a delivery date in the same week. The agent surfaces the schedule conflict, recommends a re-sequencing based on margin and contractual priority, and drafts the customer comms for ops to approve.
ISO audit prep
ISO 9001 surveillance audit window opens. The agent compiles the last 12 months of non-conformance reports, corrective actions, internal audit minutes, and management review records into the audit-ready pack.
Plugs into your stack
Reads the floor where it runs. Posts the report where the office works.

MYOBPlus your MES, ERP, PLC systems, and IoT gateways. For systems without an API, we work directly with your team during scoping.
Common questions.
Will it work with our existing MES or ERP?
We integrate with Odoo, Globe3, YonYou, MYOB, and most ERP systems used in SG manufacturing. For systems without an API, we work directly with your team during scoping. The agent sits in front of your MES rather than replacing it.
Can it actually read PLC and machine status data?
Yes. We integrate with the most common PLC protocols (Modbus, OPC UA) plus IoT gateways your machines already use. For older machines, we map the manual data capture flows your operators already do.
What about non-English foreman comms?
Mandarin, Bahasa Melayu, Bahasa Indonesia, Tamil, and Singlish are all handled. We tune for the dialect mix your floor actually uses during scoping.
What if it surfaces a wrong production figure?
Every figure is sourced from the underlying system (MES, PLC, time-clock) and the agent shows the source on click. Wrong figures usually mean wrong source data, which is fixable. The agent doesn't make up numbers.
Where is our production data stored?
In Singapore (AWS ap-southeast-1), PDPA-aligned, with audit logs and role-based access. Production data is scoped strictly to authorised users only.
Can it integrate with our customer's portal for delivery updates?
For customers with portals (e.g., tier-1 OEM portals), we integrate where API access is available. For email-based customer comms, the agent drafts and sends per your standard customer communication template.
How is it priced?
Scoped after a free scoping session. PSG and AIxDL grants are available for eligible SMEs. We handle the AIxDL application end-to-end. For PSG, we guide you through the application — your company files it directly through the Business Grants Portal. Full tiers and grant details on our pricing page. SMEs are eligible for up to 50% Productivity Solutions Grant (PSG) support for the adoption of Voltade AI solutions, a Pre-Approved Solution under the IMDA SMEs Go Digital programme.
