Childcare
Give your educators back the hour they spend on paperwork.
An agent that plans SPARK-accredited activities, turns classroom photos and voice notes into beautiful parent updates, tracks each child's developmental milestones, and prepares your ECDA compliance pack. So educators stay with the children.
The loop
Four states, running across every classroom day.
Most learning-management tools stop at "log the photo." A real agent keeps going. It reads what happened in the classroom, decides which SPARK domain it touched, ships the parent update, and remembers what each child has covered.
Read
Pulls educator updates (photos, voice notes, structured notes) from the classroom. Reads the SPARK curriculum, ECDA guidelines, and your centre's pedagogical framework.
Decide
Aligns the day's activities to SPARK learning goals. Categorises learning moments by domain (literacy, numeracy, social-emotional, motor). Flags any safety or compliance concern.
Act
Drafts the day's parent updates, the weekly lesson plan, the activity reflection notes, and the ECDA submission packs. Queues for centre principal review.
Remember
Holds every child's developmental milestones, every activity outcome, every parent communication. Quarterly reviews and ECDA audits start with curated data.
Capabilities
Six clusters. Pick the ones eating your educators' planning time.
Each cluster turns on independently. Most centres start with parent update drafting, see the documentation hours recovered, then add the rest.
SPARK-Accredited Activity Planning
Generate weekly activity plans aligned to SPARK domains.
A new theme week (e.g., "Singapore neighbourhoods"). The agent drafts a week of activities across literacy, numeracy, motor, and social-emotional domains, with materials list and parent involvement notes.
Photo and Voice-Note Documentation
Turn the day's photos into parent updates without the typing.
An educator takes 12 photos and a 30-second voice note about an outdoor exploration activity. The agent drafts the parent update with the activity description, learning moments captured, and the photos curated.
Parent Update Drafting
Send updates that delight parents, not check a box.
The end of the day. The agent ships personalised parent updates per child, referencing the specific moments their child experienced, with photos and a learning reflection. Parents feel seen, not bcc'd.
ECDA Compliance Pack
Prepare for the audit before ECDA calls.
ECDA inspection scheduled. The agent compiles staff certifications, child attendance records, activity logs, parent comms, and incident records into the audit-ready pack.
Incident and Allergy Tracking
Catch the pattern before it becomes a parent complaint.
A child has had three minor incidents in two weeks (scrapes, falls). The agent surfaces the pattern, drafts the parent communication, and prompts the principal on a deeper review.
Curriculum Reflection
Help educators reflect without making it feel like more paperwork.
End of the term. The agent compiles each child's learning trajectory across SPARK domains, surfaces the strengths and gaps, and prepares the parent-teacher conference notes.
Autonomy
Send if you want. Or hold for the principal.
Every capability has four levels. Run photo documentation on full auto from day one while you keep parent updates at draft-and-wait. The principal decides where the human stays in the loop.
Surface only
Captures classroom updates, drafts the documentation. Educators send manually.
Draft + wait
Drafts parent updates and lesson plans. Principal reviews.
One-click approve
Drafts and queues. Principal approves.
Full auto
For routine parent updates and standard lesson plans, the document files itself with audit log.
Singapore playbook
Six classroom moments Singapore preschools handle every week.
Scenarios we've built the agent to handle, grounded in how SG preschools and infant care centres actually run a classroom day. Your version is configured to your SPARK domain mapping, ECDA submissions, and parent communication preferences.
ECDA visit prep
ECDA gives 48-hour notice of a centre visit. The agent compiles staff WSQ certifications, child attendance records, the curriculum framework documentation, and the latest parent comms into the visit-ready pack.
SPARK domain coverage check
End of the term. The agent surfaces each child's learning coverage across SPARK domains, flags any gaps in the curriculum delivery, and drafts a remedial plan for the principal.
Festive theme week
National Day, Children's Day, Hari Raya, Deepavali, CNY. The agent drafts the festive-week activity plan respecting cultural diversity in your centre's child mix, and ships the parent comms about the celebration.
Allergy and incident logging
A child has a recurring reaction during snack time. The agent logs the incident, surfaces the pattern across two weeks, drafts the parent communication, and updates the dietary register.
Half-day vs full-day programme reporting
A centre runs both half-day and full-day programmes. The agent prepares programme-specific parent updates, attendance records, and ECDA submissions per programme.
KIFAS application support
A parent asks about Kindergarten Fee Assistance Scheme eligibility. The agent answers from the current ECDA scheme rules, attaches the application steps, and routes complex cases to the centre's admin.

Common questions.
How does it know our SPARK domains and curriculum?
SPARK domain mapping and your centre's curriculum framework are configured during scoping. The agent applies the framework to every activity plan.
Will it actually understand educator voice notes?
Yes. We tune for educator phrasing during scoping (Mandarin, English, Bahasa, Tamil, Singlish). Voice notes get transcribed and contextualised into the parent update format.
What about child data privacy?
Child information, photos, learning records, and educator notes are stored in Singapore (AWS ap-southeast-1), PDPA-aligned, with strict role-based access. We sign DPAs and walk you through the architecture during scoping. Photos shared with parents go via the parent portal rather than WhatsApp public groups.
Will it accidentally send a child's photo to the wrong parent?
Photo routing is per child per parent account. The agent verifies the child-parent linkage before any photo is sent. Multiple safeguards prevent cross-routing.
Does it integrate with our childcare management system?
Most SG childcare management systems are supported. For custom systems without an API, we work directly with your team during scoping.
Can it support multi-language parent comms?
Yes. Parent updates default to the parent's preferred language. We support Mandarin, English, Bahasa Melayu, and Tamil during scoping.
How is it priced?
Scoped after a free scoping session. PSG and AIxDL grants are available for eligible SMEs. We handle the AIxDL application end-to-end. For PSG, we guide you through the application — your company files it directly through the Business Grants Portal. Full tiers and grant details on our pricing page.
