F&B and Hospitality
Tell the customer where the order is before they ask.
An agent that watches your fleet's GPS, predicts delays before they break SLA, sends customer updates without driver input, and generates the post-delivery invoice when the truck pulls away.
The loop
Four states, running across every dispatch, every route, every delivery.
Most dispatch tools stop at GPS pings. A real agent keeps going. It watches the route, decides when to alert, ships the customer update, and remembers what saved the SLA last time.
Read
Pulls vehicle GPS, route schedule, customer delivery windows, and any traffic / weather data affecting your routes. Reads driver clock-ins and dispatch confirmations.
Decide
Predicts arrival times against scheduled windows. Surfaces delays before they break SLA. Reroutes against traffic or driver availability. Flags any safety or compliance concern (overweight load, restricted zone).
Act
Sends customer ETA updates via WhatsApp / SMS, drafts the invoice on delivery confirmation, posts to your accounting system, and updates the dispatch dashboard.
Remember
Holds every route, every delivery time, every customer's preferred delivery window. Quarterly route reviews start with curated data.
Capabilities
Six clusters. Pick the ones dispatch chases all day.
Each cluster turns on independently. Most teams start with GPS tracking and customer comms, see the calls drop, then add the rest.
Live GPS Tracking and ETA
Know where every vehicle is, every minute.
A delivery van leaves the kitchen at 11:15. The agent calculates the ETA against the customer's 12:00 window, monitors traffic, and sends the customer a "10 minutes away" WhatsApp at 11:50.
Delay Detection and Customer Comms
Tell the customer about the delay before they call to complain.
Heavy rain on PIE adds 18 minutes to a delivery. The agent detects the delay before the SLA breaks, sends the customer a polite update with the new ETA, and offers a credit option per your policy.
Route Optimisation
Run the route the way fleet would on its best day.
A 12-stop catering delivery route. The agent optimises the sequence considering traffic, customer time windows, vehicle capacity, and driver hours, rather than relying on the dispatcher's mental model.
Post-Delivery Invoice Generation
Invoice on the spot, not on Monday morning.
Driver confirms delivery on the dispatch app. The agent generates the invoice with delivery confirmation timestamp and signature, posts to your accounting system, and emails the customer.
Driver Compliance and Safety
Catch the over-hours risk before MOM does.
A driver is approaching the daily driving hour limit. The agent surfaces the limit, recommends rotating to another driver, and updates the dispatch plan.
Multi-Vehicle Dispatch Dashboard
See the fleet at a glance, not on six tabs.
Dispatch sees every vehicle's current location, current delivery, ETA, and any flagged exception in one view. Drill down into any vehicle for detail.
Autonomy
Notify if you want. Or hold for dispatch.
Every capability has four levels. Run ETA notifications on full auto from day one while you keep credit comms at draft-and-wait. You decide where the human stays in the loop.
Surface only
Tracks GPS, calculates ETAs, flags delays. Dispatch sends customer comms manually.
Draft + wait
Drafts the customer notification. Dispatch reviews and sends.
One-click approve
Drafts and queues. Dispatch approves with one tap.
Full auto
For routine ETA updates and post-delivery invoicing, the comms ship without a checkpoint.
Singapore playbook
Six delivery moments Singapore F&B and logistics teams handle every week.
Scenarios we've built the agent to handle, grounded in how SG caterers, fleets, and last-mile teams actually run dispatch. Your version is configured to your routes, suppliers, customer SLA windows, and driver pool.
CBD lunch rush window
A 12:30pm catering delivery to a Raffles Place office. The agent monitors the route from kitchen dispatch, sends a "10 minutes away" notification at 12:20, and confirms delivery on the office WhatsApp by 12:33.
Heavy rain delay surge
A monsoon storm hits during the lunch delivery rush. The agent detects the delay across multiple routes, sends customer notifications proactively, and prompts dispatch on which deliveries can still be replanned vs which need credit comms.
LTA road closure rerouting
LTA announces a same-day road closure for a major event. The agent reroutes affected deliveries, surfaces any delivery that can't meet SLA on the alternative route, and drafts the customer comms.
Multi-stop event catering route
A 14-stop event catering route across the island. The agent sequences the stops considering traffic, kitchen prep windows, and customer time windows, ready for the dispatcher to approve.
Driver hour-cap rotation
A peak day pushes a driver toward the daily hour limit. The agent flags the risk before it breaks compliance, recommends the rotation, and updates the dispatch plan.
Cross-border (JB) delivery customs
A delivery into Johor Bahru. The agent prompts the driver on customs documentation, monitors the crossing wait time, and updates the customer with the realistic ETA accounting for customs.

Edgeworks POSPlus your custom dispatch system and POS. For systems without an API, we work directly with your team during scoping.
Common questions.
Will it work with our existing GPS or telematics?
Cartrack and most fleet telematics systems used by SG operators are supported. For custom GPS without a public API, we work directly with your team during scoping.
How does it know our routes and customer windows?
Routes, customer SLA windows, and zone rules are mapped during scoping. Updates flow through whatever your dispatch already updates.
What about non-English drivers?
Mandarin, Bahasa Melayu, Tamil, and Singlish are all supported in driver-facing comms. Customer comms default to the customer's preferred language.
Can it integrate with third-party last-mile?
Most SG last-mile partners can be coordinated where API access allows. Specific partner integrations are confirmed during scoping. The agent posts updates from third-party platforms into your dispatch view.
Where is our delivery and customer data stored?
In Singapore (AWS ap-southeast-1), PDPA-aligned, with audit logs and role-based access. Driver location data is scoped to dispatch and operations only.
What if a customer asks for a refund or credit?
Refund and credit policy is configured during scoping. The agent applies your standard policy, drafts the customer reply, and queues for ops review on anything outside policy.
How is it priced?
Scoped after a free scoping session. PSG and AIxDL grants are available for eligible SMEs. We handle the AIxDL application end-to-end. For PSG, we guide you through the application — your company files it directly through the Business Grants Portal. Full tiers and grant details on our pricing page.
