Wellness and Spas
Run the back office while the front of house runs the floor.
An agent that handles commission across complex tier rules, tracks inventory of consumables and retail, reconciles your POS to your mall report, and prepares your monthly compliance pack. Without the spreadsheet relay.
The loop
Four states, running across every transaction, every shift, every month.
Most operations tools stop at "log the transaction." A real agent keeps going. It reads every event, decides what's commission-eligible and what flags anomaly, ships the report, and remembers what the audit will need.
Read
Pulls every POS transaction, every package redemption, every product sale, every commission-eligible event from your booking and POS systems. Reconciles against staff rosters and treatment logs.
Decide
Calculates commission against your tier rules (sales, services, guarantees, add-ons), reconciles inventory drawdown, applies any package or membership discounts, and flags anomalies (refunds, comp services, no-show no-charge).
Act
Drafts the monthly commission report, the mall sales report, the inventory reorder list, and the management dashboard. Queues for finance review or full-auto delivery for routine reports.
Remember
Holds every transaction, every staff member's commission history, every product's stock movement. Quarterly reviews and finance audits start with curated data.
Capabilities
Six clusters. Pick the ones eating finance's evenings.
Each cluster turns on independently. Most teams start with commission and inventory, see the time recovered, then add the rest.
Configurable Commission Calculations
Run commission per your contract, every tier, every override.
A senior therapist's commission is 12% on services + 8% on retail + a 15% override on her downline's sales. The agent applies all three rules per transaction, reconciles against the package redemption schedule, and ships the monthly statement without a manual recalculation.
Inventory Control
Reorder while there's still cover on the shelf.
A consumable used in a popular treatment is at 2 weeks of cover. The agent flags the threshold, suggests the reorder quantity based on the next 4 weeks of bookings, and queues the PO for the operations manager.
Package and Membership Tracking
Hold the package balance and surface the renewal moment.
A customer is on session 8 of a 10-session package. The agent surfaces the balance, prompts the front desk on the renewal conversation timing, and updates the customer's account on every redemption.
Mall POS and Compliance Reporting
Ship the mall report on day 1, not day 5 of the month.
Your mall lease requires monthly sales reporting in a specific format. The agent compiles the previous month's transactions, applies the mall's reporting template, and ships the report on the 1st with finance approval.
Refund and Comp Auditing
Catch the staff override before it becomes a habit.
A staff member processes 3 comp services in one week against the policy of 1 per month. The agent flags the pattern, surfaces the customer and staff records, and prompts a manager review.
Multi-Outlet Consolidation
See the whole chain in one consolidated view.
Your 6 outlets each run on the same POS but different staff rosters. The agent consolidates daily revenue, commission liability, inventory burn, and customer flow across all outlets into one dashboard.
Autonomy
Approve if you want. Or hold for finance.
Every capability has four levels. Run commission calculation on full auto from day one while you keep mall-report-send at draft-and-wait. You decide where the human stays in the loop.
Surface only
Captures transactions, calculates commission, flags anomalies. Finance reviews and posts.
Draft + wait
Generates the report or PO. Holds for finance review.
One-click approve
Drafts and queues. Finance approves.
Full auto
For routine reports and pre-approved reorders, the document files itself with audit log.
Singapore playbook
Six operations moments Singapore spas handle every week.
Scenarios we've built the agent to handle, grounded in how SG day spas, aesthetic clinics, and wellness chains actually run their back office. Your version is configured to your POS, mall lease terms, and outlet setup.
Mall sales reporting day
The 1st of the month. Mall management wants the sales report by 5pm. The agent compiles the previous month's transactions in the mall's required format, applies the GST split, and ships with finance approval before lunch.
Festive period staff bonus reconciliation
Chinese New Year ang bao, Hari Raya bonus, year-end commission true-up. The agent compiles the eligible transactions per staff member across the bonus period and prepares the payroll-ready file.
CASE complaint deposit clarity
A customer disputes a deposit forfeiture. The agent surfaces the booking, the cancellation policy at the time, the timestamp of the cancellation, and the deposit policy version applied. Finance has the audit trail before CASE asks.
Stock-take reconciliation
Quarterly stock-take. The agent compares physical count to system count for every consumable and retail SKU, surfaces variances, and drafts the variance report for the manager to investigate.
Mall lease minimum sales clause
The mall lease requires a minimum monthly sales floor with a percentage rent above. The agent flags any month tracking below the floor by mid-month, drafts the variance comms, and prompts the manager to consider a promotional response.
Multi-outlet inventory rebalance
One outlet over-stocked on a slow-moving SKU, another out of stock on the same. The agent surfaces the rebalance opportunity, drafts the inter-outlet transfer, and queues for ops approval.

Common questions.
Will it work with our existing booking and POS system?
WESS, Eber, and most spa management systems used by Singapore operators are supported. For custom systems without an API, we work directly with your team during scoping.
How does it handle complex commission rules?
Commission rules are mapped during scoping at any complexity (tiered, override, downline sharing, conditional on customer retention). The agent applies them per transaction and ships the monthly statement reproducible to the rule.
What about mall reporting in different formats?
We map your mall's reporting template during scoping. CapitaLand, Frasers, Lendlease, and most major SG mall operators have known templates and the agent ships in their format.
Can it handle multi-outlet operations?
Yes. The agent runs per outlet with chain-level consolidation. Cross-outlet views (revenue, commission, inventory, customer flow) are available to head office.
Where is our financial data stored?
In Singapore (AWS ap-southeast-1), PDPA-aligned, with audit logs and role-based access. Financial and customer data is scoped strictly to authorised users only.
What if it surfaces a wrong commission figure?
Every figure is sourced from the underlying transaction record and the agent shows the source on click. Wrong figures usually mean wrong transaction tagging, which is fixable.
How is it priced?
Scoped after a free scoping session. PSG and AIxDL grants are available for eligible SMEs. We handle the AIxDL application end-to-end. For PSG, we guide you through the application — your company files it directly through the Business Grants Portal. Full tiers and grant details on our pricing page.
