    WhatsApp error "Object does not exist": how to fix it

    Messages fail with: "Object with ID does not exist, cannot be loaded due to missing permissions, or does not support this operation."

  1. Go to Settings > Channels > WhatsApp

  2. Click Reauthorize

  3. Log in with the admin Facebook account used during initial setup
    4. 4
  4. Grant all requested permissions
    5. 5
  5. Test by sending a message

  7. Find the WhatsApp Business section next to Voltade
    8. 3
  8. Tick all WhatsApp Business Accounts to re-enable them
    9. 4
  9. Save changes

  10. Return to your Voltade account and reauthorize again

    11. Permissions between Facebook and your WhatsApp Business Account became misaligned. This can happen when:

    • The admin account's Facebook session expired
    • Someone changed permissions in Meta Business Suite
    • Admin access was transferred to a different Facebook account
    • The admin account was logged out or had its password changed
