    This was the single most common error across Voltade customers in mid-2025, affecting 11+ accounts at once.

    Coexistence Mode (WhatsApp Business App + Voltade)

  1. On the phone: Go to WhatsApp Business > Settings > Account > Delete Account

  2. Recreate the WhatsApp Business Account on the phone

  3. In Voltade, re-run the onboarding/Embedded Signup flow

  4. Grant all permissions during Facebook authorization

  5. In Voltade, go to Settings > Channels > WhatsApp

  7. Log in with the admin Facebook account

    9. If Neither Works: Check Meta Credit Line

    In mid-2025, Error 200 was traced to Meta's payment/credit line validation blocking template creation and message sending. This is a Meta-side issue, not an Voltade bug.

  12. If there's a credit line issue, resolve it with Meta before retrying in Voltade
