    WhatsApp Disconnection: End-to-End Encrypted Message

When you see a yellow "end-to-end encrypted" message in WhatsApp, it indicates your Business API connection has been disconnected and needs to be restored.

    The Warning Sign

    Yellow text (problem):

"Messages and calls are now end-to-end encrypted. Tap to learn more."

    Green text (working correctly):

"This business is now using a secure service from Meta to manage this chat. Tap to learn more."

    Why This Happens

The yellow encryption message appears when:

  1. The WhatsApp Business API connection was disconnected
  2. The phone number was deregistered from the platform
  3. There was an integration failure
  4. The Cloud API link was broken

  5. How to Fix This Issue

    Step 1: Verify Disconnection

    1. Check your WhatsApp Business API platform (Envoy)

    2. Look for connection status warnings

    3. Confirm the channel shows as disconnected

    Step 2: Re-onboard the Number

    1. Go to Settings > Channels > WhatsApp

    2. Start the onboarding/reconnection process

    3. Follow the prompts to reconnect your number

    4. Complete any verification steps

    Step 3: Verify Reconnection

    After successful onboarding:

    1. Open a conversation in WhatsApp

    2. The message should now show the green text: "This business is now using a secure service from Meta to manage this chat"

    3. Test sending a message to confirm functionality
