    Software Engineering Intern (2026)

    At Voltade, we look for engineers who see ambiguity as an invitation, not a deterrent. As a Software Engineer Intern, you'll be thrown into the deep end, building custom AI agents to solve real problems for real businesses. You'll operate at the intersection of code and business impact, working shoulder-to-shoulder with our founders and some of Singapore's top engineers.

    From day one, you'll be given ownership: talking directly to SME owners, scoping problems from scratch, deploying end-to-end solutions, and iterating rapidly based on real user feedback. You will build tools and features that help Singapore SMEs harness AI in production.

    Voltade launched in 2023 and has already delivered Gen AI projects for over 100 companies across Singapore.

    What you'll do

    • Own relationships with a select group of SMEs. Understand problems that don't fit into neat boxes.
    • Dive into the unknown. Design, code, and deploy bespoke end-to-end solutions.
    • Build internal tools, whether it's designing MCP integrations or wrangling data pipelines for migration and analytics.
    • Ship fast, learn even faster.

    Must have

    • Singaporean/PR only
    • Experience with TypeScript and PostgreSQL
    • Able to communicate effectively with both users and engineers
    • Full-time, 6-month internship, starting in May 2026

    Good to have

    • Familiarity with AI concepts (tool calls, MCPs, agentic workflows)
    • Experience deploying servers (AWS or similar)
