An admin connects the shared sales mailbox once. Volty brings in the last 6 months of mail with every thread intact, and old mail never sets Volty off.
A 7am enquiry, drafted before anyone is in
An enquiry arrives at 7am. Volty drafts the reply from your price list and product sheets, following your instructions, and leaves the draft in the shared inbox. A salesperson reads it, edits the draft if needed and sends it from the sales mailbox.
A purchase order as a PDF
When a customer sends a purchase order as a PDF, Volty reads it, adds its lines to your orders table and brings in the warehouse lead, who gets the alert on WhatsApp.

When a person takes over

Volty connects to a Microsoft 365 or Outlook mailbox, including a shared mailbox once your Microsoft admin consents.
