    ● Comparison

    SleekFlow vs WATI vs Respond.io.

Three of the most-compared WhatsApp and messaging tools in the region, side by side, without the sales spin. Here's an honest buyer's read on which fits which kind of business.

    ● Side by side

    How they actually differ.

All three handle customer conversations well. The real differences are channel breadth, how automation works, and whether a CRM comes built in.

    WATI

    Respond.io
Teams handling conversations manually at scale

    ● How to choose

Start from your channels, not the feature list.

If you sell across borders and lean on WeChat or LINE, SleekFlow gives you the broadest international channel coverage with a full CRM behind it, a sensible default for regional retail.

If WhatsApp is your only channel and you mostly run broadcasts and answer common questions, WATI is the leanest, cheapest way to start. Just remember its flows are pre-defined, so they can break on questions they weren't scripted for.

If you need the widest channel coverage and a serious visual workflow builder, and your team is happy to reply to conversations by hand, Respond.io has the most mature automation engine. Budget for a separate CRM, since it doesn't include one.

    ● Where Volty fits

The same four questions, answered by an AI teammate.

Read the table back as four questions: which channels, how the automation works, whether a CRM comes with it, and who does the replying. Volty is the reference implementation of those four answers as one product rather than a configuration: WhatsApp and email in an inbox that already holds the contact records, an AI teammate that answers customers instead of routing them to a person, and a setup that happens the same day because Volty interviews your team and configures itself. If a self-service tool already gives you the four answers you need, use it.
