Construction
Quote the tender on Friday, not Monday morning.
An agent that reads the RFQ pack from your main contractor, prices the work against your rate sheet, attaches your compliance pack, and ships a quote that's ready to submit. Before the tender clock runs out.
The loop
Four states, running across every tender pack that lands.
Tender packs are heavy and the deadlines are real. Your senior estimators don't have a Saturday to give the small-spec subcontract job. A real agent reads the pack, decides what to price, ships the quote, and remembers why you won or lost the last one.
Read
Pulls tender packs from email, contractor portals (BCA-listed main contractors, government tender boards), and WhatsApp. Parses BOQ line items, drawings, specifications, addenda, and the standard form of contract.
Decide
Cross-checks scope against your rate sheet, current capacity, and your trade scope (e.g., aluminium works only, M&E excluded). Flags clauses outside your standard T&Cs (back-to-back warranties, retention terms, LD caps).
Act
Drafts the priced BOQ, attaches your bizSAFE level, WSH cert, ISO 9001 / 14001 / 45001 if required, and your standard exclusions. Queues for senior review or one-click submit depending on tender size.
Remember
Holds every tender, every priced submission, every win-loss reason. Next time the same main contractor sends a similar pack, the agent knows your last bid, your hit rate with that contractor, and what you under-quoted by last time.
Capabilities
Six clusters. Pick the ones eating your weekends.
Each cluster turns on independently. Most subcontractors start with BOQ extraction and the compliance attach, see senior estimator hours come back, then add the rest.
BOQ Extraction
Read the bill of quantities the way an estimator does.
A main contractor sends a 480-line BOQ for an industrial fit-out. The agent extracts every line, categorises by trade, flags the items in your scope, and reconciles them against your unit rate sheet. The estimator opens a quote that's already 80% done.
Compliance Pack Auto-Attach
Stop chasing the QHSE folder for every submission.
A tender requires bizSAFE Level 3, current WSH cert, ISO 14001, and your latest contractor performance assessment. The agent pulls the most recent versions from your document store and attaches them with the quote. No 5pm scramble before the 6pm deadline.
Clause and Risk Flagging
Catch the back-to-back warranty buried in clause 14.3.
A standard form of contract carries a 10-year defects warranty back-to-back to the developer. The agent surfaces it, compares to your usual 1-year, and either drafts a deviation note for legal review or quotes with the risk priced in. No nasty surprises at handover.
Win-Loss Tracking
Learn from the last tender's outcome, win or lose.
You lost three tenders to the same competitor in the last quarter. The agent surfaces the pattern, the price gap (6-8% under your bid), and the project profile (small-medium fit-out, government clients). The estimator decides whether to chase or fold on that segment.
Capacity-Aware Programme Confirmation
Don't promise dates the site team can't hit.
The tender requires completion in 8 weeks. The agent checks your current programme commitments, surfaces the conflict (your team is on a JTC project until week 5), and either suggests a 12-week counter or routes to ops for a sub-team decision.
Repeat-Submission Auto-Run
Stop re-pricing the same fit-out specs every fortnight.
A repeat main contractor sends the same standard fit-out spec for the third site this quarter. The agent recognises the pattern, applies the latest rate sheet, attaches the standard compliance pack, and ships the quote with one estimator approval click.
Autonomy
Submit if you want. Or hold for senior review.
Every capability has four levels. BOQ extraction can run on full auto from day one while final tender submission stays at draft-and-wait forever. You decide where the senior estimator stays in the loop.
Surface only
Logs the tender pack, extracts the BOQ, flags compliance gaps. Estimator prices it.
Draft + wait
Generates the priced BOQ and compliance pack. Holds for senior review before send.
One-click approve
Drafts the full submission and queues it. Senior estimator approves, agent ships.
Full auto
For repeat main contractors and standard scope inside pre-agreed pricing rules, the quote ships without a human checkpoint. Audit log on every submission.
Singapore playbook
Six tenders Singapore subcontractors see every week.
Scenarios we've built the agent to handle, grounded in how SG fit-out, M&E, and specialist-trade subcontractors actually get tendered. Your version is configured to your trade scope, your rate sheet, and your usual main contractors.
BCA-listed contractor RFQ batch
A tier-1 main contractor sends 6 RFQ packs at 5pm Friday for a Monday morning deadline. The agent triages by scope fit, prices the 4 in-scope packs overnight, and surfaces the 2 borderline ones to the senior estimator with the BOQ already structured.
Government GeBIZ tender
A GeBIZ tender drops in the agent's inbox. The agent extracts the scope, checks your CR (Contractor Registration) head and grade, confirms eligibility, and prices only if you're cleared to bid. No wasted estimator hours on tenders you can't legally submit.
Foreign worker quota margin check
A 14-week project would push your team over your S-Pass and Work Permit DRC. The agent flags the conflict, prices the labour at the higher subcontracted rate, and either reprices the bid or routes to ops for a manning decision.
Last-minute addendum
The main contractor issues addendum 3 at 4pm Sunday for a Monday 9am deadline. The agent diffs the addendum against your in-progress quote, recalculates the affected line items, and pings the estimator with a one-line summary of what changed.
bizSAFE renewal mid-tender
Your bizSAFE Level 3 expires next Tuesday and you have 5 open tenders submitted. The agent flags every open tender that referenced the expiring cert, drafts the renewal-confirmation comms to each main contractor, and queues the updated cert pack for resubmission once the renewal lands.
Repeat fit-out spec for chain client
A retail chain main contractor sends the same store fit-out spec for the third location this quarter. The agent recognises the spec, applies the latest rate sheet, attaches the standard compliance pack, and ships the quote inside two hours. Win rate climbs because you're first to respond.
Plugs into your stack
Reads the tenders where they land. Posts the quote where your estimator works.

Common questions.
Does it actually understand a construction BOQ?
Yes. We map your trade scope, unit rate sheet, and BOQ taxonomy during scoping. The agent extracts BOQ line items the way an estimator does and reconciles them against your rate sheet. For unfamiliar items, it flags rather than guesses.
What about the variation orders and addenda after submission?
The agent watches the tender thread and addendum issuances after submission. When an addendum lands, it diffs against your priced bid, recalculates the affected line items, and surfaces a one-line summary for the estimator to approve before the resubmission goes out.
How does it know our pricing rules and overhead structure?
We map your rate sheet, P&G percentages, overhead rules, and customer-specific margins during scoping. The agent reads that ruleset on every quote and updates when you change a number. You're not retraining a model, you're updating a rule.
Will it accidentally bid on a project we can't legally execute?
CR (Contractor Registration) head and grade checks happen before any bid is drafted. For GeBIZ and BCA-listed tenders, the agent confirms eligibility before extracting the BOQ. For private tenders requiring specific certs (LEW, MOM-approved trades), the same logic applies.
Can it handle drawings and specs, or just BOQs?
Drawings and specs are read alongside the BOQ. Quantity take-off from drawings is supported for standard scopes (fit-out, M&E ceiling layouts, partition runs). For complex steel or façade work, the agent surfaces the drawing for estimator quantity take-off rather than auto-extracting.
Where is our tender data stored?
In Singapore (AWS ap-southeast-1), PDPA-aligned, with audit logs and role-based access. Particularly important for tender pricing data, we sign DPAs with main contractors and walk you through the architecture during scoping.
How is it priced?
Scoped after a free scoping session. PSG and AIxDL grants are available for eligible SMEs. We handle the AIxDL application end-to-end. For PSG, we guide you through the application — your company files it directly through the Business Grants Portal. Full tiers and grant details on our pricing page. SMEs are eligible for up to 50% Productivity Solutions Grant (PSG) support for the adoption of Voltade AI solutions, a Pre-Approved Solution under the IMDA SMEs Go Digital programme.
