### A parent asks about P5 Maths

Volty asks for the child's level, the subject and the days that suit, and saves each answer as a field on the parent's contact.

When a parent goes quiet after a trial, Volty sets itself a follow-up for a week later and then writes to the parent in its own words. Once the 24 hour window has closed, the follow-up goes out as an approved template.

One approved template, sent once, to one audience. Afterwards, one click turns the people who replied, stayed silent, failed or ignored it into a segment and drafts the next template broadcast to them. Replies come back to the inbox as ordinary conversations.
