Covers up to 50% of qualifying costs on pre-approved IT, equipment, or consultancy, capped at S$30,000 per company, per year. PSG remains accessible in its current form until launch. enterprisesg.gov.sg Are you eligible? ## Four checks. Most SMEs pass all of them. Run through these before you spend time on the application. Any one of them failing means PSG is off the table for this round. - 01 · Registered and operating in Singapore · Your company has a UEN and is actively trading. Most operating SMEs already qualify here. - 02 · At least 30% local shareholding · Direct or indirect equity held by Singapore Citizens or PRs. Check your ACRA bizfile if unsure. - 03 · Project not yet commenced · No payments, contracts, or work on the solution before PSG approval. Any spend before approval automatically disqualifies the application. - 04 · Choosing a pre-approved solution · Voltade AI Chatbot Version 1 is listed under PSG Chatbots for Customer Engagement, so this one's covered. 02 / Stack with SFEC Do this first ## Before you pick a vendor: check your SFEC balance. If your company qualifies for the SkillsFuture Enterprise Credit (SFEC), the government has set aside a one-off S$10,000 credit, and up to S$7,000 of it can stack on top of PSG, defraying 90% of whatever you're left paying out of pocket. On a S$5,000 PSG-supported project, that's the difference between writing a S$2,500 cheque and writing a S$250 one. The current SFEC expires 30 November 2026. There's nothing to apply for. If you qualify, EnterpriseSG has already emailed your CorpPass admin. It takes 30 seconds to check. Check your SFEC balance on EnterpriseSG 03 / Apply The application process ## Three steps. About ten minutes of your time. Adapted from our internal PSG application guide , the same one our team walks customers through over WhatsApp. 01 Step one ### Get your PSG-aligned quotation. We'll send you the quotation form for your chosen tier. Fill in your company details and don't sign it yet. You'll upload it to BGP unsigned. Log in to businessgrants.gov.sg with SingPass / CorpPass, then walk through the form: - 01 · My Grants → Get new grant. · BGP · Get new grant - 02 · Choose the sector that best describes your business. · BGP · Sector selection - 03 · Pick 'Upgrade key business areas…' (the second option). · BGP · Upgrade business areas - 04 · Choose Productivity Solutions Grant. · BGP · Choose PSG - 05 · In the Proposal section: IT Solution → 'Voltade AI Chatbot Version 1 - [your tier]', Vendor → VOLTADE PTE. LTD. · BGP · Proposal section - 06 · Answer 'why you need this solution': saving reply time, faster lead response, better conversion. - 07 · Set the anticipated start date (this becomes your invoice date) and attach your quotation. · BGP · Rationale, start date, quotation - 08 · Under Cost: Subscription / Lease, and 'Yes' to the PSG listing alignment. · BGP · Cost section - 09 · Under Business Impact: describe how the agent frees up your team for higher-value work. · BGP · Business impact - 10 · Declare and submit. Approval window:1 week typical, up to 6 in busy periods. 03 Step three ### After approval: pay, kick off, claim. - 01 · Forward the approval email to team@voltade.co and we'll issue your invoice, usually same day. - 02 · Settle the invoice. We schedule your kick-off call and start building. - 03 · Once you've paid in full and the agent has been live for 30 days, file your claim on BGP. Reimbursement goes to your company bank account. Each of these is easy to sidestep upfront, and each is an instant disqualification if you don't. - 01 · Don't · Started the project before approval lands. · Instead · Submit on BGP first. Don't sign, pay, or kick anything off until the approval email arrives. That single action disqualifies the whole application. - 02 · Don't · Picked a vendor or solution not on the PSG directory. · Instead · Stick to pre-approved solutions. Voltade AI Chatbot Version 1 is listed under Chatbots for Customer Engagement. - 03 · Don't · Filed the claim with missing or fuzzy documents. · Instead · Have the invoice, proof of payment, and usage screenshots ready before you start the claim. BGP rejects on the smallest gap. - 04 · Don't · Hit the S$30,000 annual cap without realising. · Instead · Track every PSG claim across the financial year: it's one combined ceiling per company, not per project. - 05 · Don't · Filled the form with details that don't match ACRA. · Instead · Copy your company name, UEN, and address character-for-character from your ACRA bizfile. Mismatches are an instant reject. Common questions ## Everything you'd ask on the call. Q01 · How long does PSG take to approve? Usually about one week, but it can stretch to six weeks during busy periods. Either way, don't commit to anything (no signing, no paying) until the approval lands. Q02 · Can I start the project while I wait for approval? No. Any payment, contract, or work done on the solution before approval automatically disqualifies the application. The 'anticipated start date' you put on your form is treated as the invoice date, so keep it after the approval window. Q03 · Can I stack SFEC on top of PSG? Yes. Up to S$7,000 of your S$10,000 SkillsFuture Enterprise Credit (SFEC) can defray up to 90% of whatever you're left paying after PSG. The current SFEC tranche expires 30 November 2026. Q04 · Do I file the application or does Voltade? You file. BGP is gated by CorpPass, which only your company's authorised admin can use. We give you the exact PSG-aligned quotation, walk you through the proposal section, and answer questions over email at team@voltade.co if you get stuck. Q05 · What do I need before I start? CorpPass login for the Business Grants Portal, your ACRA bizfile to hand, and the Voltade quotation form for your chosen tier. That's it, and no consultant is required. Q06 · When can I claim reimbursement? After you've paid in full and used the solution for 30 days. Submit the claim on BGP with proof of payment and usage; reimbursement goes directly to your company's bank account. Q07 · Is Voltade AI Chatbot Version 1 a Pre-Approved Solution under the IMDA SMEs Go Digital programme? Yes. Q08 · What if my company isn't eligible? If you don't hit the 30% local shareholding bar or the project has already started, PSG is off the table for this round, but EDG, SFEC, or AI Singapore 100E might still apply.
