An admin approves it once before it first runs, and again whenever its steps change. From your price list. You give Volty a spreadsheet or PDF once and it loads the items into a table. A price the customer names, or a discount they ask for, is treated as a request and waits for your OK before it goes on a quotation. You choose. Volty can fill the customer's name, the date, the validity and your prices, and it leaves alone anything you switch off. It looks at every page it makes before showing you, and you can ask for changes in plain words. Volty connects through your system's API, and an admin approves the connection. Odoo connects with an API key, Xero needs its own connection setup, and any system with an API or an MCP server can be connected. Tell Volty which one you use and it checks what it can read and do. Not unless you choose that. By default each quotation waits for your approval with a note of what Volty checked, and so does any question it asks a customer about a missing detail.
