An admin approves it once, and every message is a template you approved. - 03 · Volty chases and ticks off · Reminders go out on schedule and payments mark buyers paid, so the chasing stops by itself. ## Frequently asked questions No. The money goes through your own payment provider or bank, to your account. If your provider has an API, Volty can ask it for a payment link and put the link on the reminder. Stripe is one example. If it has none, buyers pay by bank transfer as they do today and Volty matches the transfer. Google Sheets, HubSpot and Salesforce are connectors Volty ships, and any system with an API or an MCP server can be connected, debt collection, billing and dealer systems included. Your staff decide which actions happen on their own and which wait for approval. Xero and QuickBooks can be used to look up invoices and payments, and Xero needs its own connection setup. Yes. You write the rules for a segment of buyers who keep missing installments, such as a late fee from your contract, no extra days and more frequent reminders, and the rates and limits are yours. The tone stays firm and professional, and a buyer who asks for more time gets a polite no with the amount they owe. Set the rules to fit your sales contracts and the consumer credit and debt collection laws where you operate, which in many places limit how often and when you may contact someone. It reads the payment notice for the payer, amount and the reference you gave, such as a contract or account number, and matches them to who owes you. It is not a built-in reconciliation engine, and when a match is not clear it lists the payment for you instead of guessing. Email, WhatsApp, and Messenger or Instagram inside Meta's messaging window after the buyer last wrote. On WhatsApp, a message more than 24 hours after their last one goes out as one of your approved templates.
