A Tripleseat admin goes to Settings, Tripleseat API & Webhooks, and creates an OAuth 2.0 client application, which gives a client ID and secret. A user then signs in to Tripleseat to authorize it. Tripleseat retired OAuth 1.0 on July 1, 2026, so older connections must move to OAuth 2.0. ### Does an enquiry from Instagram show up in Tripleseat? Volty asks for the date, guest count, budget and occasion, then can create a lead in Tripleseat for the venue. Your sales manager works it from there as usual. Creating leads is a change tool, so it starts Off until you turn it On. ### Can a host check their final headcount or menu by message? Volty matches the host to their booked event and reads the date, room, guest count and menu selections that Tripleseat holds. Changing the headcount is a change tool with its own switch, and most venues keep it on Check with staff. ### How much does it cost to connect Tripleseat with Volty?
