Volty can read the rates your team already shopped in ShipHawk, but it does not promise a price on its own. A pallet request becomes a booking proposal for a shipping coordinator, who picks the carrier and confirms. ### What happens when one order ships in two boxes? Each package in ShipHawk carries its own tracking number.
