During setup we agree what, if anything, Volty reads, within what Rocket Matter allows, and an admin approves the connection in Volty before it goes live. ### Will Volty tell a client whether to attend a hearing? No. Volty passes the question to the attorney on the matter, who confirms the date, time and whether the client needs to attend. Volty tells the client who will reply. It does not give legal advice; the attorney does. ### Can clients ask what an invoice covers? Yes, through your team. Volty passes the question and invoice amount to the colleague who handles accounts, and that colleague sends the itemized invoice.
